I have interacted with CAMP clients and have found their satisfaction levels very high. The monthly subscription module rather than a one-time fee, or annual fee makes the software affordable. On the face of it, there are no minus points or segments of the software that a user can dislike. If you ask me, I dislike the CAMP team's humility. When they have such a powerful software, they should make it more visible among ad agencies and clients. Instead they go about their work with commitment and sincerity with the firm belief that hard work and a future-ready platform will get organic visibility in the long run.
