**What do you like best about CallPro CRM?**

The thing I love most about CallPro CRM is how it turbocharges my call efficiency and sales process. It takes away all the tedious tasks and gives me the tools I need to connect with the right people at the right time and close deals faster.

**What do you dislike about CallPro CRM?**

One thing I could nitpick about CallPro is the slightly dated interface. It's not the most visually appealing, and it could be more intuitive for beginners. Also, some of the advanced reporting features are a bit hidden, which could be frustrating for users who want to dive deep into their data.

**What problems is CallPro CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before CallPro, I was constantly juggling multiple tools and spreadsheets, which wasted precious time and led to lost opportunities. CallPro solved this by centralizing all my sales data and activities in one place, making me more organized and efficient.

**What do you like best about CallPro CRM?**

A new feature called the predictive calling helped our sales team to boost their productivity.  Call volumes have increased considerably. Support was quick when the team had issues implementing in the process.

**What do you dislike about CallPro CRM?**

User interface needs improvement. Takes time to implement as it is not user friendly. Although we received quick support, tools should be easy to use.

**What problems is CallPro CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auotmating sales process was our goal which CallPro had the solution with may of its features. We were keen on on the utomated tasks which is one of the feature that we required. However the it took a lot of time to implement. Hence we had to opt out of this tool in the long run.

**What do you like best about CallPro CRM?**

We primarily used this for our sales calling activities. It is good for value and recommended for all the startups and small companies. It is easy to use and has lot of functionality to the users like crm, reporting, managing campaigns etc. 

**What do you dislike about CallPro CRM?**

I have not across any dislike but yes the product has a long way to go.

**Recommendations to others considering CallPro CRM:**

I recommend to all the startups for this platform, this is at a quite competeitve pricing and it has a lot capabilities which morever can address all your needs to for sales/marketing 

**What problems is CallPro CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We upgraded ourselves from using the free version for our calling needs to CallPro

Allows loading of scripts and data capture while on calls

**What do you dislike about CallPro CRM?**

Transferring and placing calls on hold can be a bit unresponsive/buggy

Managing incoming calls in a consistent and customer oriented environment
