Clicktools is a great software for syncing surveys with Salesforce. It has great features of capturing field information as hidden questions, and then sync it to Salesforce. Nothing that I dislike about Clicktools. However, it would be great if the storage limit can be exceeded so that we dont have to delete surveys on a frequent basis. Also, if the UI can be enhanced, with new additional features, such as filtering out specific fields during scheduling reports which would allow not to export a whole list of fields that might be unnecessary. The market in customer feedback is ever changing, thus it would be great to see the product in more of an ever evolving state, based on customer feedback. The tool is generally competent in sending surveys. We have integrated it with some custom Salesforce objects so that responses are automatically pushed into Salesforce, enabling reporting. Our surveys are multilingual. We like the scheduling feature and the ability to send reminders to recipients who have not responded yet. Very good support from Customer Success team. The learning curve for the tool is surprisingly high. The user interface needs a lot of work. For example, it is not at all obvious how to create internationalized subject lines in outbound email; and to re-run a report, you have to run through the report designer wizard and not change any settings, and the report re-runs when you reach the end. Due to these issues this is one of the only tools that IT holds close to the vest - we discourage business users from using the tool directly, preferring that IT implement their survey.
Designing surveys can be difficult to meet what may seem like basic business requirements. List management features are difficult to use, making it hard for us to manage unsubscribes from survey to survey. I think the navigation is a bit fiddly. It's annoying that you can only get to certain parts by clicking through a process, but I do like the top bar that lets you change which survey you're viewing once you're in a particular section Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use Calidus cloud click Tools app in our organisation for integration of our surveys and Salesforce as we keep the track and details of each persona/account that left us feedback and we monitor closely all this data and insights that help us to identify improvements have to be done. I have various improvements suggestion as iover the time period that we use this app we identified following gaps:
- first of all, we would've integrated survey into close case e-mail templates in Salesforce however due to various limitations this is not possible now
- the survey layout to be changed easier and more flexible than now
- analysis within clicktools looks not very flexible

I like the user interface as well as the ease of mapping to Salesforce in order to capture results. Being able to use merge fields in the links in order to capture the record details from salesforce into the responses is also a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I wish we could do a bit easier is to customize the layout of the survey that a customer receives without having to do any CSS or coding. For example, being able to see the layout and being able to click and drag things around would be awesome. It is not missions critical, but it would be a nice add-on.
