
I really like the ability to see how my phone looks to the customer for each of the carriers, and the feature to submit remediation directly through the website to the carriers. This makes it quick and easy to keep things moving forward, and any assistant can do this in just a few minutes a day to ensure compliance and maintain clean calls. Also, I appreciate the add-on feature that lets me upload phone numbers to identify which ones are on potential litigators' and DNC lists. It's definitely worth the small cost. Additionally, knowing exactly which carriers are flagging our numbers helps save time and money by ensuring our calls go through cleanly and look like real phone calls to customers.
