**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I love working with the team at Calibermind.  They are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and great partners when it comes to not just the technical implementation, but industry best practices.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Customizing reports is not easy.  They have a new tool to help with this, but I have a hard time learning it.  That said, there are a wealth of reports out of the box that helps us visualize our data.  I'm able to find most of what I need through them.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calibermind helps us solve our attribution across all of our marketing efforts.  We're able to get great insight into how each of our different channels and campaigns are running.

Approach of presenting the revenue data in a sensible and easily understandable data sets in a crisp and straight method helps the teams to grab the essential info at a glance

Little complicated if we are not aware of the filters and I dont say its a dislike it helps in filtering unwanted access of data and also in educating multiple approaches of reading the data on a bright side.

Getting insights around results of campaigns  accounts and areas, work to isolate cluster of accounts, fantastic attribution model developed, good speed of the platform

Overall setup took time Inserting accounts lists and building a reasonably affordable attribution model takes some time, but worths the efforts at the end. Showing results to Sels on the platform is not ideal. more visual capabilities would be appreciated

I love that I can deep dive into a customer's journey and see exactly how they are engaging with my platforms and content. I also find the dashboards easy to use and very customizable

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

It can take a little while to figure out where things are, and at what level you need to adjust the fields. I also wish you could save settings at an overall level, rather than re-setting them every time.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our salesforce instance had a hard time demonstrating the overall customer journey and how our different programs influenced that. Now we are able to see that attribution more clearly and assign significance to it.

The implementation team was very flexible and accommodating to work through all data complexities and help calculate ROI across all channels. They have a robust engine to build data-driven insights and drive innovation.

Reporting/BI layer can use some improvements. Customizing reports need to go through the support team. Further product updates are being pushed out to address some of these concerns.

The ability to provide support on a wide variety of key our initiatives has been truly spectacular. Whether it be taking the time to help us make sense of our data, creating custom dashboards to meet our needs or assisting in lead routing to Sales to ensure quality leads are followed up with promptly.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

As a team we have very experience with SQL and data table connections so we rely heavily on the CaliberMind team's support on this. Since we plug in so many data sources into the platform it can take time to ensure all events are properly managed.

Lead to Account Matching - Once our leads hit their MQL threshold, CaliberMind is helping us Convert our Salesforce leads and assigning them to the proper Sales Rep to avoid any manual work for our SDR team.

I love all of the insights that CaliberMind unlocks by ingesting all of our CRM and MAP data--I feel like we're now equipped to understand exactly what Marketing's contribution to pipeline is and which accounts we should be prioritizing based on real engagement data.

Onboarding can be pretty technical and it took a bit longer for us to get up and running but that's only because CaliberMind's team provided such a white glove experience for customizing our instance. Had a great experience with their onboarding team.

Easily understanding what marketing's contribution to pipeline is based on the campaign touch points that our prospects and customers have with us based on different attribution models. We now have the ability to see all this data simply by logging into the CaliberMind platform.

CM is great for influenced pipeline visualization. We use it as a supplement to campaign performance and it has worked well for us.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

It does have somewhat of a siloed data set being only focused on influence but I still find it to be very valuable overall.

Attribution beyond sourced is tough to compile manually. CM makes it very easy to reference a dashboard to see how campaigns are performing beyond just sourced pipeline.

I love the forward-thinking approach of pulling the data out of your CRM and building your attribution models in a separate database. Other tools just sit on top of your existing CRM data making it very rigid and near-impossible to get working correctly. They also use first-party cookies which is critical given the direction of the industry.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

This tech is very powerful and has incredible potential, but with that comes a fair amount of complexity. You will likely need help from their team to make it work.

**Recommendations to others considering CaliberMind:**

This tool requires more work to set up and calibrate, but it gets unparalleled results. Leverage the CaliberMind team to help you, they are fantastic to work with.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For one, we have matured our attribution abilities beyond 1-to-1 attribution to a much more sophisticated multi-touch attribution system. Secondly, we are getting valuable insights on where to put our lead generation dollars that most efficiently drives pipeline and revenue instead of just low-cost leads.

Breaking data silos that don't regularly 'talk' to eachother. Aggregating our Marketing data into one place has been extremely valuable.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

Calibermind is built as a CDP first, which gives us a wide range of flexibility in configuring our attribution modeling, as well as having the ability to process different workflows through Calibermind and write back into our systems.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

There are some UI challenges throughout the platform that introduce a bit of a learning curve. But I attribute that mostly to the relative youth of the company and platform. Also, with the flexibility provided by its infrastructure, you have to put some thought into what matters most so you don't get distracted by all the things you can do (kind of a problem not problem).

**Recommendations to others considering CaliberMind:**

Take the time to explore the use cases and unique properties of your business. Calibermind can do a lot for you, so you will want to think about prioritization early in order to stay focused and make steady progress.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary issue we are solving is aggregating all of our marketing engagement across systems into a single place. From there, being able to develop benchmarks of marketing's impact on revenue is huge. We are now able to make revenue-based decisions across all programs, campaigns, and channels.

We also realize some of the benefits of its workflows feature set, which allow us to manipulate our data and act as a processing engine for some critical lead management processes.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

We use it primarily for campaign attribution, and it is excellent for that. The implementation is fast, it's flexible, allowing us to change campaign structures and see the effect on attribution the following day. We are also using it to report on campaign attribution by product family, this is really powerfull and necessary for our solutions marketing team. The unexpected benefit was how CaliberMind improved our data hygiene, and we realized those improvements immediately. I could almost make a case for CaliberMind just on how easy it was to eliminate duplicates and standardize values. Finally, the CaliberMind team is excellent to work with, being both accomodating and consultative.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Unless you have someone experienced with SQL and database's I would suggest buying a managed services package for monthly hours. Secondly, the reporting has been great for us but I see us exceeding its capabilities in the next six months.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign attribution was the main problem we needed to solve. Now that we have CaliberMind, we were able to see which of our programs generate the most pipeline, this has changed how we create campaigns. Our attribution campaigns are all segmented by region and industry for the different interested stakeholders. CaliberMind allows us to have campaign attribution by product family and is vital for understanding what drives pipeline.
Data hygiene, I didn't know CaliberMind would do such an excellent job of this, but we eliminated duplicates, standardized values, and this was all done in the first 30 days. I would recommend completing a data hygiene project immediately to show its worth.
Return on Ad Spend, CaliberMind integrates directly with Adwords and LinkedIn, our two leading paid ad platforms CaliberMind can produce ROAS reports that give us a better idea of the return on these channels.
Engagement scores, we are using engagement scores from CaliberMind instead of our marketing automation platform because of its multipliers for certain personas, its percentage degrading of scores, surge scoring and it is more holistic, scoring far more events. This scoring allows us to identify opportunities at risk of being lost, prospective accounts ready to buy, or customers looking to buy more.

Aside from being best-in-class software, I truly appreciated the partnership we developed during the review, procurement, and implementation phases. The CM team goes above and beyond to understand your needs and goals to ensure your needs are being met. They take the time to dive into the use cases and begin solutioning real-time to demonstrate value and ease concerns.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Given the platform's power, the learning curve is steep, and you will need to either have a dedicated internal resource to own truly or make sure to carve out plenty of time during the implementation phase to get things set up. CM will be there to provide guidance and structure, but it's time-intensive.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were most interested in CM's ability to tie multiple platforms together to get a holistic sense of where our dollars are spent and what drives the most value. The ABM functionality is intriguing as well. A pilot will begin in 2H of 2021 to test its functionality and value.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

Easy to Navigate and search for accounts. The data is very clear and actionable and allows you to see both individual engagement and entire account-based engagement. This is fantastic and drives customer-focused activities. The data is also very easy to understand and it is clear which accounts and contacts are the active or engaged users and which accounts have low scores and need to be worked on.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

It can sometimes be slow to load and bring up the correct data. On occasion, the platform can hang for a long time when loading, which is frustrating. There are also more infrequent times when the data does not load at all. However, the support team are very helpful in solving this.

**Recommendations to others considering CaliberMind:**

Click into both contact and account level information. There are a number of different views and reports so it is definitely worth spending time understanding which reports are most suitable for the type of information that you need. For example you can highlight the most engaged accounts and review the content they are looking at or on the other side the least engaged accounts so that you can plan to boost engagement.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding what our customers are engaged with and using this information to do more of what's working. For example, we can see the most visited pages on our website and the content that is most popular with our customers. This enables us to drive more traffic to the high-performing web pages and analyze the pages that are not performing well.

Best solution I've seen for B2B customers due to the single customer view being available at contact and account level. The flexibility of CaliberMind is one I haven't found with any other attribution or measurement software. I've onboarded or vetted several other solutions. I even started paying another solution at my current company before having to cancel and move to CaliberMind. With a business model and CRM setup that isn't a standard B2B approach, we had to have a partner that didn't depend on certain aspects of our Salesforce instance matching everyone else. We could talk openly about the problems we needed to solve without having to change our entire way of doing business to measure it. Other than the flexibility to work with our model, the onboarding team is the best I've ever worked with on any SaaS solution. They were available at all times to help us stand up and get the most out of a system we use to report on business health from the board all the way down to individual contributors.

The dashboards aren't as customizable as some. It took some time to learn which labels correlated to which metrics in our world, and I had to spend some time training our team on how CaliberMind metrics translated to our metrics.

I lead the marketing team for a self-serve, high-volume SaaS company. Marketing drives 95%+ of growth, which means we have to stay on top of investment returns happening at a significant pace. We brought on Calibermind primarily to help us understand the impact our campaigns were having across our target accounts so we'd know where to double down on ad and event spend and to get an indication of where we should try experimenting with additional campaigns. Calibermind is doing an outstanding job of just that, but what I didn't anticipate was all the other positive outcomes we've experienced. Our Salesforce data has never been more clean (duplicate contacts and accounts, poof, gone) and complete (we actually have super complete account and contact data, enabling us to properly score and trigger campaigns based on persona mapping).

Nothing much so far. The team at Calibermind has been really wonderful to work with.

Most reporting tools only analyze your data that is in Salesforce, but much of our paid advertising work is too granular to go into Salesforce, and as a result would not be picked up by most vendors. CaliberMind provides an unprecedented amount of visibility and their customer success team is incredible.

I have been using Caliber Mind for a few month and I cannot imagine doing my job without it. Caliber Mind is the glue that keeps all data together across a multitude of systems in the stack. I connected SFDC, Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and even some Google sheets. 

I use Caliber Mind for:

- ABM reporting
- Waterfall (Funnel) reporting
- Attribution reporting
- Automation across otherwise disconnected custom objects in my main platforms (Salesforce and Marketo)

This is what I like about it:

- Ease of integration
- Automated dashboard showing what questions the report answers
- Target account list builder without having to learn code (but you use code if you want to)
- Seamless integration with my SFDC, Marketo, Google Analytics, Adwords and even 
- Role ROI based reports 
- Historic snapshots of the data for trending and forecasting
- Access to underlying data lake for BI tool 

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Not really a dislike but a word of warning. While this is a younger product, it is for mature marketers that need to tie marketing to revenue. The customer success team is very supportive and they will help you during the set up.

**What do you like best about CaliberMind?**

I had a great experience with the CaliberMind team and how they onboarded my company.  Very thorough and very good turn around times on all my inquiries.  I was able to blend multiple data enrichment sources together and map to my CRM as I needed it set for my sales workflows.  I loved the custom reporting capability which helped me answer lead and campaign source attribution that I just couldn't get in SalesForce.

**What do you dislike about CaliberMind?**

Product is improving at a rapid pace however there are still some technical skills in order to get the reporting setup.  Good news-  when I got stuck, they were very responsive to jump in and help.

**What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact, Lead and Account enrichment.  Lead source and UTM campaign attribution.
