Reasonably effective way of managing share capital table, ESOPs and shareholder communications all in one place. Most screens are fairly intuitive and reports can be downloaded into CSV files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features are missing such as the ability to group or filter particular shareholders in dashboard, inability to delete lapsed ESOPs, vesting button sometimes does not work, two-factor authentication not included by default, support responsiveness varies.
