Easy to use and 100% traceability. Allowing us to have a top-down look from the management side. This allows for us to watch our products be created in real-time. **What do you dislike about Caddy Food Safety Management?** Some of the downsides to Caddy are the way the batch orientation can come across. It would be an added asset not to restrict our Batch orientation and allow the user to select a specific batch rather than chronological order. **What problems is Caddy Food Safety Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I stated earlier, the visibility of the application to the users is a very powerful function for those of us within the management team. Everything is in real-time and we can catch potential issues before final product ### 2. Simplified dashboards for traceability (Can find info but a bit clunky) 2. It would be nice if it was more tailored for CPG (still works as is with some redundancies) **What problems is Caddy Food Safety Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Caddy helped us implement crucial food safety measures that make food audits more efficient and streamlined.
