**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

I have used Cacoo for masters thesis as well as personal project. Purchased a license as well as used the free version. Cacoo has been my goto for diagrams for several years. I like how easy it is to use and ability to create professional looking diagrams. I also like the amazon service icons.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

There is nothing big that I can think of. I would like to see more available items similar to amazon services. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cacoo:**

Cacoo is very easy to use. I have been using this for more than 5 years. I have used it for diagrams for powerpoint presentations as well as diagrams for my masters thesis. The monthly pricing is good for when you need to download images as svg or other formats that are useful with academic paper standards. The free version is useful for downloading images as png when making small presentations. 

**What problems is Cacoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used the basic diagram items to create all of the images for my masters thesis. Also I have used Cacoo at school to create diagrams for presentations.

I'm using Cacoo for funnel design and wireframes. The results are ever easy to understand for my team and fast to create for me.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

I haven't found anything I dislike. Until now I like the usability, price, and outputs as well

**What problems is Cacoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using cacoo for drawing my business sales funnel and also for creating wireframes. Other team members use it for picturing concepts too.

Templates provide a nice starting point. The UI is very intuitive for new users to learn the product.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

It’s not as robust as I personally feel Visio  was. But as tech goes I’m sure it will be enhanced regularly.

Easy to build swim lanes and story boards to present a future state to my sales prospects.

Cacco is easy to use, have all functionalities that I need when I'm designing things. From professional to personal usage.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

Sometimes is hard to find some stuff. And I thinks it my have something more professional for other professionals like then you draw a decor plant..it need more of proportion calculations etc,

**What problems is Cacoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designing Software/Solutions architectural design, business process flows and personally my new apartment plant (to see where my current furnitures will fit.)

Minor usability things like trying to draw multiple lines one after the other doesn't always work out like I want.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

The Cacoo tool makes diagrams easier and maps more easily online, making a product easier to design, as the diagram will look like online. I can create a website from this tool and have it ready to be shipped later to the developer. The version is simple to use and is free. It also helps other people to learn how to make diagrams and presentations on the internet. It also has a chat with other users.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

The bad thing about using Cacoo is that, even if you can share the users in the freely available edition, they are restricted. The content remains unchanged, it doesn't involve movements. You must be connected to the internet in order to share the information with another person.

**Recommendations to others considering Cacoo:**

It's easy to use, I suggest this tool, you can export the documents to any format, Cacoo is useful because it can work together with another user online and it's simpler because it can be used from remote sites.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

Cacoo, an incredible diagramming tool, very easy to use, intuitive and versatile, has helped me to make very useful and pleasant diagrams. With the possibility of exporting to different formats.
It also supports the import of diagrams from different sources, as well as the import of different image types, SVG, PNG, JPG, among others. 

Cacoo is a cloud-based application, i.e. your team can collaborate from anywhere with a wi-fi connection to the internet. Together they can create, edit and comment on diagrams in real time, visualize and document every step in the project life cycle.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

I think the previous interface was easier to use, however, with a bit of time and practice, you get used to using the new interface and navigation between diagrams and workspaces.

**Recommendations to others considering Cacoo:**

To use the tool, in my experience it is necessary to have a pc or laptop with a screen, at least 15 inches, to be able to visualize in a correct way the space of work, besides a stable connection to Internet.

**What problems is Cacoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Cacoo tool, it is possible to build easily, quickly and efficiently diagrams, for example flow diagrams, navigation diagrams of websites, diagrams of software architecture, UML, task tracking, interaction diagrams, also database (entity-relationship) and you can even layout a Web application or App Movil, without losing quality in the process.
Cacoo's diverse library of templates and shapes offers the pieces you need to create flowcharts, wired models, network diagrams, flowcharts, and more. You can also import images and screenshots with your own assets to polish your designs.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

i like the template designs they have to offer, the ease of modifying designs and the Symbols / Icons and shapes available at your disposal.

I also like how easy it is to create a new design, the Layout and the flow of creating a design within Cacoo aid towards the look, feel and professionalism within the Designs.

I like the fact that you can duplicate sheets and create new sheets easily and quickly which enable you to quickly replicate some of the same aspects of your design with allowing you to do some alterations.

I also like that each change to your design saves instantly allowing you to close the Tab without remembering to save the designs constantly.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

I don't like the limit for the Free / Trail account, but I understand the purpose of it.

I also don't like that if you was to paste an Image into it, it has to be below a specific size (in MB)

I also dislike that you aren't able to store a image / symbol / grouped object that you created previously that you may want to use on another design / sheet, instead you have to copy the grouped object / shape and then paste it into the other Design / Sheet and that is only if they are within the same Project.

Read some reviews, create a trail account and then have a hand-drawn concept / idea / plan for your Cacoo designs, then create and implement it, and always backup designs by duplicating the project before making large changes.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

This is a very useful set of diagramming tools with multiple, pre-configured templates that has enabled me to produce great visuals while garnering compliments from both internal and external parties. 

The learning curve is not steep. The software is intuitive and relatively easy to learn and use. 

 

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

I've used multiple mind-mapping and diagramming software over the years. There may always be a quirk to learn and other similar software may provide an easier path or better functionality. However, I find that Cacoo ranks high in functionality and provides not much to complain about. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cacoo:**

Read the reviews and understand what your priorities are before buying any software. There are features in some solutions that may better suit your needs, but Cacoo, while not a one solution fits all app, has a number of pre-configured templates that are very useful.

We have a complex solution suite we offer and explaining how they solve problems is made simpler using Cacoo. Quite useful.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

Excellent tool for the design of graphics and the layout of the websites.
It has multiple features such as:
1.- Default templates for network diagrams, diagrams, sales diagrams, gantt diagram, mental maps, functional flowchart, matrix flowchart, flowcharts, data base diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, templates for schedules, among many more .
2.- I like its interface, it is intuitive, friendly and well structured. it allows you to import and export.
3.-It allows you to produce bar, line, area, cake or pie and circular graphics.
4.- It is easy to use and super useful,
its templates are easy to fill and change the style, this allows you to create what you want in a professional way in a short time.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

That does not have a free version, only 14 days of testing. That to use this wonderful tool can only be done with Internet connection,


**Recommendations to others considering Cacoo:**

I recommend it because it is the best application if you want to design graphics, mental mampas, diagrams, charts and schedules as a professional and quickly. Coon accounts multiples predetermined templates which you can customize to your needs.

With cacoo I am preparing a map of a website to evaluate it in conjunction with the client, improve it or expand it. Cacoo is simple to use and you can quickly make the relevant improvements in a short time, in addition to being able to work on a team, where all opinions count.
With this tool I get as a benefit to see the structure of the website, see the flows from where they go and where they go.

I like the clearness, neatness and ease to use. Usually after a meeting or a brainstorming session, I need to transfer all the hand-drawing into diagrams and processes, this allows me to do it very quickly with no fuss.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

I find it very difficult to select table cells, and move them up and down, suggest addingan up and down arrow button on the table.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

Cacoo is a tool that allows me to design diagrams for my mental maps and conceptual maps, it is easy to use your system that offers a wide range of designs, themes, letters and shapes, without counting that you can attach images and texts from your personal computer and What I like most about this is that I can have my tasks on time and with very good looks it is excellent to have Cacoo on your side.

I do not have a real complaint about the software, one of the things that I dislike is having to use it necessarily connected to the internet or not being able to open it from my android device, I hope the developers can remedy this in future updates

With the Cacoo tool it is easier to diagram and make mental maps online and this facilitates the design of a product since it can be seen online how the diagram will look. From this tool I can create a website and have it ready to be delivered to the developer so that it can be encoded later. It is easy to use and has a free version. It also serves so that online you can teach other audiences how to make diagrams and presentations.It also has a chat where we can interact with other users.

The bad thing about using Cacoo is that although you can share the users these are limited when you are in the free version. It does not allow movements, the content remains static. To share the information with another user you must be connected to the online.

I recommend this tool because it is easy to use, you can export the documents to any format, the interesting thing about Cacoo is that you can have the collaboration of another user online and that makes the work easier because you can use it remotely.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

Cacoo is a very easy program to use which I like because it facilitates me to make my mental maps either for my presentation of university or for my work, you can include texts images from your pc and put them in diagrams, one of the best things is that you can make screen captures from my pc, this tool has been very useful to me, it has been fundamental for the development of my projects, I began to test it because a friend recommended it to me, and here I am even after a while I continue helping myself with it.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

It really bothers me that the android application is so deficient, it's something that almost doesn't exist. The rest of the program or application has given me a great performance in terms of developing my projects where I basically rely on diagrams, diagrams and more diagrams. I think I fell with the right program, so I see no other disadvantages, are greater virtues that I described in the question.

**Recommendations to others considering Cacoo:**

It is an application with which you can solve many problems and in turn help an endless number of people who have problems for which the presence of cacoo is required, 100% recommended for how easy to use and how good it is, with sincerity an application which helps anyone both in their work and in their studies because for both is totally effective and fast.

**What problems is Cacoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this program, I have made many maps and diagrams for my work and when I was in the university a lot of times I resorted to this method has been too useful for many things, different projects, and tasks, different subjects in which it has taken me out of many predicaments cacoo.  It was inevitable to recommend this program to my friends and they have also solved too many problems, they have thanked me for helping them in their needs thanks to this application.

I have tried a lot of tools to draw diagrams for my presentations at work. Cacoo was the only one that really sticked with me, because of its ease of use while still creating very beautiful images.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

I guess I could be way more efficient in terms of reuse of reusable components. Cacoo does not hint me into that direction though.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

I have been using Caccoo now for several years and the tool has been great from the very beginning and only kept improving over time (for example upgrading from Flash to HTML5). The tool integrates very well with other enterprise tools such as Confluence. In our company now over 50 software architects use Cacoo for our diagramming needs helping to actually improve our software lifecycle with clear views around as is and target architecture diagrams. You can even share access to the diagrams with your colleagues and work on them together. The amount of shapes has also been increasing steadily over time and the picture import and diagram export features (even directly into PPT) work seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

I have not really found any clear disadvantage, we actually compared the tool with others such as the integrated Confluence draw capability or even Creately and ended up choosing in favor of Caccoo.

**Recommendations to others considering Cacoo:**

If you need an online, collaborative diagramming tool, at a great price I would say Cacoo is your tool. Just test it, in our case we even got rid of Visio.

Cacoo is the Architecture Diagramming tool in our company now helping to share information and clarify software architecture baselines among a team of 50 Architects. One image is better than a thousand words and with Cacoo this is possible.

I love that Cacoo has so many templates. The templates really make it helpful for me to pick the correct diagram. It's great to see that there are so many different templates for so many different kinds of use cases. It helps quite a bit - being someone who works in a small company it's hard to find tools like Cacoo that can be easy enough to use and can make it look like we are a larger team

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

There is a bit of a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it it's worth using. The amount and variety of templates make up for the learning curve.

It's easy to use and has a lot of variety in designs, you can make diagrams and mind maps in a quick and concise, you can add images, themes, letters, among other tools that offers you CACOO, is really useful this application in the personal has enchanted me in every sense I like very much its design and the different types of formats that this one recommends to you, you only have to fill them with your information which saves you a lot of time but the tool has been very functional because I even use it for work when I need to make mental maps or real diagrams are excellent and like that you stop talking about the activity you do.

I do not like that you can only use it on the computer or if you have a mobile device IPHONE and Internet connection is necessary, I do not like that I do not open in my ANDROID because sometimes I need to make a diagram or mental map from my mobile and I can not do there are many times it takes too long to upload an image or change format and all these are points that should try to be the leading tool in the market.

Whether your team is together in a conference room or meets virtually worldwide, your team can work together and simultaneously with CACOO. I love Cacoo because it is an online application that allows us to collaboratively design organizational charts, mind maps, website maps, website layout, diagrams of: Unified Modeling Language (UML), entity-relationship, flow, circuits, base of data, networks, among many other things.
Cacoo has a free use license for a 14-day trial, and a commercial one which has extra features to the free version.
It offers a number of predetermined templates that only requires customization for a professional and own finish.
Its interface is friendly and intuitive, well structured and organized, easy to use and manage, accounts with options to import, export, and share.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

To say that I do not like something about Cacoo would not be honest, the truth is that it is a very complete tool in the design of diagrams, it also saves me time, I also create my diagrams easily and professionally. Perhaps, the cost is the only thing that affects but nevertheless it is worth paying for Cacoo since it allows you to share unlimited and editing programs with collaborators in real time;

I recommend Cacoo in its Premium version as it allows you to review historical versions of your project, edit, modify and verify when new changes appear.
It allows you to create all kinds of architecture diagrams, has Amazon Web Services (AWS) icons, the cloud offers you to share your files in photoshop, inDesign and illustrator formats with anyone, even if you don't have Adobe's license.
It also allows you to import and edit the files made in Visio to Cacoo.

The rapidity in the construction of diagrams allows me to be efficient. as well as the layout of applications with linked elements, it is the maximum for the simulated interaction. Sharing and exporting with the team and collaborators is an added value for the final finishing of a project.

What strikes me most about Cacoo is the diversity of templates that gives us and thus customize as much as possible our project. The only thing we have to do is change the information that comes in the templates and we have our diagram to perfection. Aspects that I like, we have the ability to create diagrams with the speed of a leopard, has a library of templates quite prudent and healthy, you have plenty of options to customize. I have the possibility to share my work with others so I can have a feedback of the objective to be presented. Finally it is very easy to export the files of the work with Cacoo, they are quite light.

The only thing that hinders the program is that the free version has quite limited the creation of diagrams. When we tried it and were delighted, we changed our plan right away.

I liked it a lot because it was very easy to develop and I can easily manage the qualities that this software contains, the options such as copy and paste texts, do and undo are usually known and also gives you ease of use. What I like about this program is its immense capacity to work with digramas, it allows me to create variety in necessary diagrams of streams, network diagrams; all are of good quality, easy implementation and good coordination with the applied platform. It is very simple to access because being based on the cloud with only having an optimal internet connection we can run the program. It is a creative resource for several elements of visual support.

I have noticed that some of the templates have disappeared with the passing of the updates, although they have added important and pleasant variety; I used to use many of those tools already deleted. I think it is a program that applying appropriate updates could maintain a good receptivity in the content of its functions.

Versatility. As a software developer I have encountered that Cacoo has everything I need to design from flowcharts to UML; from databases to classes diagrams and much more. It is intuitive, easy to use and always getting better. I have tried a lot of desktop and online applications, but I always come back to Cacoo.

Some times I have noticed that if I let the tool opened for few hours and then comeback again, it logs out from mi account internally, but it doesn't notify me about it. I continue working and some times I have lost some of the work made.

**What do you like best about Cacoo?**

What I like most about Cacoo is that it is not the typical simple diagram editor that you create with just a few clicks. Cacoo is a much more advanced tool focused on larger and more serious projects, creating diagrams, whether UML type for programming or other types.

I also liked the enormous number of templates offered by the application by default. This gives you an idea of how to find the solution you need for your problems and translate it into a diagram.

The application has a nice user interface, and the icons contained in the diagrams are of good quality in both drawing and resolution. This is to be considered with this type of application, as the icons are not just simple parts of the user interface, but they are represented in the diagram.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

I didn't like that sometimes the number of displayed options can saturate the information screen and even the user. Although this is a personal opinion, the displayed options are very useful, but they can be temporarily hidden until you need them.

**Recommendations to others considering Cacoo:**

I recommend using Cacoo, especially if creating diagrams is part of your profession. Personally, it seemed to me to be a very comprehensive application with all possible options, and I found nothing that I would not allow.

I needed an application to create diagrams that are a bit more advanced and include more than just simple bubbles with text, the ability to add images, and automatically align the diagrams so they are suitable for professionals at a glance.

I'm using Cacoo for 4+ years already. The UI/UX is the best in class (tried many), every small detail is carefully designed, every click has its purpose (speaking as a Product Owner/Manager by myself I know how to appreciate good things). The diagrams come out nice clean and professional looking. 

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

The pricing model of 5$ per month seems too steep for a few diagrams to store. I'd like to pay per diagram (currently I use Cacoo for ~3-5 diagrams from various accounts) or to pay less in general for a limited number of diagrams. 5$ by itself is a small price but it's cumulative to all the other services I'm paying for.

First thing is easily make sketch for mobile or web interface for our new products. After the drawing easy sharing to designer. A also it can share for developing team or vendor team (actually share to anyone). Most good thing is updating is possible at any stage.

**What do you dislike about Cacoo?**

Exporting diagram is not good. I need to Microsoft Visio, html file export. iOS or APK application is not available. No template or suggestion is there. If there is a good example or payable template then we will definitely use that. I want to html exportable diagram which is not only picture object. My web site's drawing is exported as html then it will awesome.

Exported diagrams quality (PDF). Sometimes the letter spacing looks off.

Working in the consulting business, documenting processes for various clients is a must. Cacoo allows flowing them into the diagram format easily, then cooperating with other team members and stakeholders directly in the platform to make edits. This vastly reduced the clutter and potential confusion from circulating numerous versions of the same diagram as everyone accesses the up to date version via Cacoo.
