It's simple to understand and use. 
When something is not clear, support is usually quick and efficient.

Sometimes it's very complex.
debugging is sometimes difficult.

It's great
You will need to know REXX to implement it

Anything that has to do with automation.
Automating the IPL and Shutdown has been a great help. 
We also have rules that help us make sure that everything that should be up and running is up and running.
