CA has Endevour feeling like something from bygone age. Interface usability is not appealing and needs one to undergo extensive training for new employees to adapt to it. Ease of migrating elements from development stage to Test stage or Production stage.

Package can be easily created which consists of single or multiple elements and can be migrated easily across stages.

Code modules can be easily checked out and tool also holds the historical versions.

The best thing about Endevor is maintaining a long list of versions (historical versions), that too with the stats available (Inserts / Deletes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Building SCL is not something that new users can easily relate to, if the SCL can be built in a more easy way it would be nice. (For ex: they can come up with showing up choices for elements, element type, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Endevor is very user friendly
