I definitely love the AI facial recognition feature in Bynder. It makes research so much easier, especially when dealing with loads of photos from events across various locations. I can just search a face or name instead of remembering specific event details. I also really like the option to customize the home page and create multiple landing pages, which ensures easy navigation and makes it very user-friendly for our team members. At this stage, most of the challenges we’ve encountered have been less about the product itself and more about the complexity of migrating a large volume of legacy assets and aligning internal workflows. There is a learning curve, particularly during onboarding and configuration, and some processes could benefit from clearer guidance or more streamlined documentation.

I have always liked its ability to customize and configure functionalities. Additionally, I love each of Bynder's updates; they always take customer service into account. But recently, I am very happy with the Brand Module section (or CX community as it is now called). Sometimes, I feel that there is more potential than we can access or that some functionalities sell more hope than what they actually deliver in the end. For example, the brand module seemed like a panacea, but then we had to personally find shortcuts and deal with complications of simple things because they couldn't be done or that functionality didn't exist.
