"Streamlined Asset Management with Stellar Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I found Bynder easy to migrate to from our previous system, and it's user-friendly. It's quite easy to use and looks good. It seems to be quite fast and effective. The migration was quite flexible, allowing us to use the API to move all our assets. We also use the Storyblock plugin, which I think is the most important feature for us. Moreover, I appreciate the huge support we received, including regular meetings, which made the setup process extremely easy and convenient for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

I think we didn't find some solutions for managing multilingual assets, like assets for which we'd like descriptions in different languages or titles in different languages. That is an option to use taxonomy, but we didn't find it very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Central Hub with AI Search and Clean UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I like Bynder's AI search feature, which makes it easier for me to find the right images and people in them when I search. The ability to create a homepage and targeted pages is really helpful for providing a centralized hub where other users can easily access and download resources. I'm also a fan of the taxonomy and clean user interface that Bynder offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

A big problem is I would like to download multiple items at a certain size and I haven't found a way to do that- let's say I wanted to resize 36 images at 1200x1000 but I would have to do this for each asset first. In our Brandfolder there were options for downloading a large, medium, and small or custom sizes. It's helpful since we upload the largest size into the platform and usually, I'm not downloading that. It was a lot of work uploading all of our assets piecemeal during initial setup. Response from Victoria Morgan of Bynder

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you highlighting this workflow, as we know efficient asset downloads are an important part of managing large image libraries.

After connecting with your team, we were able to identify a solution that better supports your use case. By configuring predefined image derivatives, users can bulk download optimized versions of assets rather than the original high-resolution files, helping streamline the download process and reduce manual effort. We also discussed additional options available for more advanced image transformation workflows as your needs evolve.

We appreciate your partnership and the opportunity to work through this together. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving both our platform and the guidance we provide to customers. If any new questions come up, we're always here to help.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

"A Single Source of Truth That Streamlines Everything"
4/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

The fact that it is one single source of truth, with everything integrated from brand book, to templates, from image library to asset campaigns. It helps our organisation to move from a very fragmented infrastructure to a much streamlined and controlled set-up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

Users need more time to get familiar with the platform due to its complexity. But with the right training, it is an obstacle easy to overcome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Image Calls with Easy Filename-Based Access"
4/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

From a site perspective, it's way easier to only use the filename to call the image vs the complete URL as we did before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

The only thing I really don't like for now is that to purge an asset, we need to reach out to your support team. With our previous tool, we could do it ourselves with a CTA on the platform directly, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Used it before and using it again -- Bynder is great!"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Great features, robust team (especially around onboarding), easy to use. It's a good looking tool with a lot under the hood. The price is fair against the competition (especially when comparing product/services). Like the new AI search feature -- will be great for stakeholders. Holds lots of assets (we're bringing over about 50K+) and works quickly. I'll be able to connect Slack, Google Drive, and other tools in the future should we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

Some bugs and less-than-ideal workflows for things like their mass upload tool, but nothing that's a show-stopper. Their support teams are helpful to fill in gaps there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Brand Management with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I really appreciate the world-class support and onboarding team at Bynder. They're truly second to none and made the setup process incredibly easy, providing clear instructions, milestones, and expectations. I love the intuitive and user-friendly UI, as well as the AI-powered 'smart' search. The powerful analytics and reporting features are also standout elements for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

I would improve the Assessment/Vetting stage a bit. When we first started testing to see what we could do with the tool, we were kinda left to our own devices. Meaning, if we ran into a snag, we were unaware if it was a glitch with the tooling OR a gap in our knowledge in how the tool worked. It's a small thing but could be impactful, for future suitors to do a quick training (as opposed to an overview) on the major functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use, Robust DAM with Thoughtful Onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

The platform is easy to use, and I have found my knowledge transferable from other DAMs I have used in the past. The onboarding experience has been a breeze and so well thought out. It's truly appreciated. The AI functions on the platform help our users search however they can for what they need and still come up with relevant assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

There really hasn't been anything negative I have found. The platform is robust, and it does take some getting used to all the different features to use it to its fullest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bynder Makes Asset Management Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

We have reviewed a few different digital assets management systems while we heard that Webdam was being sunset and ended up choosing Bynder. I'm very please with how the process is going and choosing this dam.

While onboarding to Bynder, Rachel Jang was a huge help to make this process so easy for our team. We were able to use the migration tool to transition all of our assets from Webdam to Bynder. This was a huge help in saving our team time and make the whole process smooth. All of our Bynder reps were able to answer all questions for us during this time and were very knowledgeable.

Bynder is able to store all of our assets and make them available for download to our internal and external teams. We also will use the public links to add assets on our website. This will allow for an even better brand alignment across all teams and external groups. We are able to have fast access to all assets stored in one place. It's also very helpful to have the Adobe connector to be able to use since most of the users who will be uploading assets to Bynder will utilize that tool on a daily basis. We no longer have to store assets on our company server, which we did in the past.

Bynder is very intuitive for first time users. This will lead to a quick team adoption to the dam, and help reduce the training time. It's very easy to search, filter, and find what you are looking for in Bynder. I also find the duplicate option to be very helpful our team can explore assets that we have multiples of. Ultimately, I am confident in Bynder and the opportunities it will be able to offer our team the more time we explore the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

There are not too many things that I have found challenging with Bynder. However, there are some times where it lags and I will have to refresh my page. One feature I think will be very helpful to add is to be able to print right on the system instead of having to download an asset and print that way. It can also take a lot of time to add all metadata to the assets. Overall, there are not many things that I have found I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
