"Excellent Onboarding That Left Us Confident and Empowered"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

The onboarding process was excellent. Christina Solorzano was our PM, and she kept us on track while helping us meet a very aggressive deadline by adjusting the onboarding schedule to fit our needs. By the end of the process, I felt genuinely empowered and confident in my ability to keep our account up to date and progressing to our next goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

Some of the added features feel a bit clunky. The asset management section is very user-friendly, but tools like Workflow Management and Templating don’t seem to match the rest of the UI. I also hope they continue refining their AI so it isn’t limited to images. It really needs to support all document types, since we work with fewer images and far more PDFs. "Customizable and User-Friendly Asset Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I really love how Bynder allows me to build out my own custom taxonomy, which makes tagging and filtering assets a lot more user-friendly and helps me find what I'm looking for easily. I also love the ability to create collections, share them externally, and manage those collections by adding expiration dates or deciding if they should be public or downloadable. This gives us a lot of flexibility in sharing our assets. I really enjoy the AI search feature, which lets me search using common language and finds relevant assets through the custom tagging AI tool, reducing manual work. I also enjoy the upload presets that allow me to preload settings. I really enjoy the user interface as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

I really enjoy the user interface, but I think there are, like, some small buggy things that could be improved. For example, when you're setting expiration dates on collection links, if you're trying to toggle through the months the height of the calendar changes, so you have to, like, move your cursor for each month. Which is a little annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tagging Made Easy, Seamless Navigation"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Our team really likes Bynder's ability to tag content clearly and consistently, which makes a big difference. It's also nice that there's no folder structure. This makes it easy for our advisors and clients to quickly navigate to the content pieces they're looking for. The lack of folder structure helps because typically folder names may not align exactly with the content they contain. Using tags allows us to accurately identify all content pieces, and it helps our clients and advisors quickly navigate to those pieces through accurate tags rather than complex or historical knowledge folders. Our onboarding experience was great as well, with Sandra and Grace doing a wonderful job guiding us clearly and setting expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Onboarding, Robust Asset Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I really appreciate Bynder's ability to help us build our taxonomy from the ground up, which allowed us to understand the infrastructure of our asset bank better. It's great to control assets and users more effectively, and the dedicated account manager is very responsive. The onboarding process was really easy and thorough, thanks to Andrea and Grace who listened to our pain points. I like how the asset bank is a flat structure, so there’s no need to fumble around with folders within folders. The many available integrations are something we're looking forward to exploring, especially the Shopify integration. Adding users is easy, and the mass upload feature worked really well. I find the impersonation tool within user management and presets within asset loading incredibly helpful, as they save our Asia team a lot of time by not having to enter metadata. What do you dislike about Bynder?

I wish that in the supporting documents that can be uploaded into a new brief there was a quick view function, but we have to fully download each document, which is just an added step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Asset Overview That Makes Cross-Team Sharing Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Bynder provides a good overview of assets and is very user friendly. Makes it easy to share across departments and borders and have a flexible user setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

The flexible login structure can make it hard to navigate between colleagues - who should be able to login, who should not. Here an unlimited user structure would be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Asset Management with Top-Notch Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I really like that we can search by name and find people or images that were sorted with that name, making it easy to find older images. The functionality that allows you to choose what you're looking for and filter the search is extremely helpful. It makes looking for assets and completing our work easier, and it makes the process more friendly both for us and for people who don't have the same expertise in looking for assets. Duplicate Finder - when a duplicate gets dedected I do not have a CTA, which allows me to either use the existing, or replace the existing etc. - this would be helpful and further enhance user experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid DAM platform with good AEM integration potential"
4/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

The documentation was very clear and detailed. The UCV (Universal Compact View) is the standout feature: it’s a well-designed, embeddable widget that handles authentication, browsing, filtering, and asset selection in one self-contained component. We integrated it into AEM dialogs with relatively little code—no server-side OAuth and no custom UI to build—so authors simply get a familiar Bynder interface directly inside AEM. What do you dislike about Bynder?

Nothing much, folder structure can be added for high level grouping Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Metadata-Driven, Folder-Free Asset Management with No More Duplicates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

The folder free system that uses metadata to categorise assets. This allows a single asset to appear in different ways with different filters. No more duplicates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

The migration tools from Webdam to Bynder are lacking and tedious. Thankfully there are other approaches such as the Mass Uploader and API tools which work much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick setup of the DAM and good collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Friendly and helpful onboarding. More support if needed. In implementation: Simple structure of the taxonomy. Largely intuitive tagging via upload mask. Simple operation of homepage design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

That the upload mask cannot be adjusted (prioritization of options, order of information, deselection of preset options). Missing chat options between users (although there is the support form and the download request; but professional coordination on image selection or usage questions would be helpful through the portal itself). The mass uploader (options should be selectable). In some cases, the clarity is not quite given (layout of the website; for example, in user management). The support website is great, but the relevant articles are very hard to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
