"Bynder Brought New Life to Our Asset Library—Fantastic Onboarding and Collections"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Bynder has given a whole new life into our asset collection. Coming from a folder system, filters felt overwhelming but our incredible on-boarding team, Francine Rodriguez Irizarry and Rachel Jang, held our hands and helped us transition smoothly. I'm most excited about collections - they're going to be incredibly helpful to our campus community especially with assets that are requested frequently. I love the safety of the portal and that collections can be shared with those not in Bynder.

Francine and Rachel brought kindness and knowledge to every meeting. They were consistent with their optimism and generous with their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

We had one instance when the migration hit a snag - the migrated assets were picking up meta properties to assets that we hadn't applied them to but we worked through it with Francine Rodriguez Irizarry and Rachel Jang and came up with a solution. They were gracious and invested in fixing the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Search and Stellar Onboarding for Our DAM Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I use Bynder as our digital asset management tool for storing our company's media, like images, videos, graphics, and documents. I really appreciate the search tool because it helps me find images easily by searching with tags instead of having to dig through folders. This is incredibly useful as someone new to the company for getting the media I need for projects. I also found our onboarding manager, Rachel Jang, to be incredibly helpful, offering ideas for how we could use the tool. The support I received during the initial setup made the experience wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

Once we completed our migration of all our assets, we realized that the file names would be an issue, since some of the files were not updated to reflect their contents. For example, some images have a filename 'IMG_,' but if we wanted to search by a specific farm that has corn, it would be easier to have it named 'Bob's Corn Farm_2026', etc. So now, to make these edits, we can only bulk-edit 20 images. Some of these groups have over 100 images and media, so it will be time-consuming for us to name them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Asset Search with Game-Changing AI Product Recognition"
4/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Bynder is quite intuitive to use and helps facilitate easy searching for assets for both internal and external teams. The smart AI search with product recognition is a real game changer. The onboarding process is extremely thorough, which makes it easier to get started and use the platform effectively. Also kept us accountable all the way through the process - getting us to the finish line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

The onboarding process is quite extensive and can be a bit heavy, which isn’t ideal for lean teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent onboarding, Intuitive Platform, Transformative for Decentralized Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

The onboarding experience was excellent. Bynder's team helped us configure the DAM to fit our specific workflows and metadata needs. The ability to create custom user guides within the system has been a huge plus for driving adoption. Because the interface is intuitive, staff training was easier than expected. Whether someone uses the platform every day or just once a month, they can navigate it confidently without a steep learning curve. That ease of use had a ripple effect we didn't fully anticipate. Internal asset sharing increased significantly, reducing back-and-forth emails and messages that used to slow teams down. The platform also integrates smoothly into our existing systems, making the transition far less disruptive than we expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

At first, the asset bank can feel overwhelming because there is so much content. This is really a challenge of scale, not a problem with the platform itself. We solved it by focusing on search and filters during staff training, and once people get used to it, managing the content becomes easier. The bigger issue is that there is no synonym support for tags. In every other DAM I have used, you can connect synonyms so that searching for "fall" also brings up assets tagged "autumn." Without this feature, managing tags takes a lot more work, and users might miss important assets just because they searched for a different word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Navigation and Effortless, Polished Landing Pages"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

What I like most is how simple it is to navigate the platform. They make it genuinely easy to add assets and just as easy to find them later. The UI/UX also makes creating landing pages feel effortless, while still helping them look polished and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

I’m not sure there’s anything I truly dislike. The backend taxonomy process takes a bit of getting used to when I need to add or modify items, but I expect that will improve with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Looks Better, Easier to Design, and Simple to Navigate"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Everything - we had an old dam and an old hub and this whole experience just works better for our team, but also for our dealers. it looks better, it's easier to design on the back end, it's easier to navigate on the front end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

My only downside would be design limitations on the landing pages, but we are working around them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
