What do you like best about Buyapowa?

The Buyapowa team goes above and beyond.

Any question or concern, the team works together well to assist us to the best of their abilities.

Our company appreciates how well the internal team at Buyapowa works together. We ask our success manager for something, and after a reprieve, we hear about how each team contributed and how it all got amalgamated. In short - it's due to great collaboration.

From the initial on boarding to our monthly cadences, any request gets turned around quickly and with our company's success in mind.

The platform is backed by a team that works hard to keep things smooth. Any time we have needed help, the right people across Product, Tech, and CS jumped in and turned things around quickly.

The cross-functional support is excellent. Product works with us on improvements. Engineering steps in to solve issues fast. The Content team makes it easy for us to launch and promote campaigns - and we've learned to iron out all kinks that occur, together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buyapowa?

Nothing major. Any small issues we raised were actioned fast.

We wanted the ability to make minor edits ourselves. Buyapowa responded right away and gave us controlled access that keeps the program safe but flexible. The speed and care of the implementation stood out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is minor, but the name itself didn’t immediately click with me. Maybe it could be just me.

Also, there’s no public pricing or self-serve demo available. As a developer, it would’ve been nice to explore the platform hands-on without having to reach out first. That said, I understand this is pretty typical for an enterprise-focused product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is intuitive and made our referral program launch feel organized and manageable. The Buyapowa team was very helpful and responsive throughout onboarding, and they listened to what we needed. When we requested a customized training guide for our customer-facing teams, they delivered one that addressed real scenarios and questions—super helpful for go-live confidence and consistency. There isn’t much to dislike, but we’d love more self-serve flexibility—especially the ability to create and manage our own templates—and more customization in reporting/dashboards. What do you like best about Buyapowa?

I’ve really enjoyed working with Buyapowa – their platform is super easy to use and does a great job of driving engagement and advocacy. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into making it simple but powerful, and it really helps connect with our customers in a meaningful way.

Big shoutout to Vik, who’s been amazing throughout. She’s always on top of things, quick to help, and full of great ideas that make a real difference. The customer support we've received throughout the onboarding and implementation process has been excellent. The online platform is easy to navigate even for non-technical users such as myself, and the supporting services provide a great future road map for referral programs in their relative infancy. What do you like best about Buyapowa?

The team at Buyapowa have been so supportive and have provided their expertise and guidance throughout whilst we switched over to our new refer a friend scheme. The flexibility of the programme and the endless technical support has also been brilliant and meant that the set up was smooth. Our account manager Viktoriya is also so helpful, provides us with regular updates and always provides support with our queries.
