**What do you like best about Buyapowa?**

The Buyapowa team goes above and beyond. 

Any question or concern, the team works together well to assist us to the best of their abilities. 

Our company appreciates how well the internal team at Buyapowa works together. We ask our success manager for something, and after a reprieve, we hear about how each team contributed and how it all got amalgamated. In short - it's due to great collaboration. 

From the initial on boarding to our monthly cadences,  any request gets turned around quickly and with our company's success in mind.

The platform is backed by a team that works hard to keep things smooth. Any time we have needed help, the right people across Product, Tech, and CS jumped in and turned things around quickly.

The cross-functional support is excellent. Product works with us on improvements. Engineering steps in to solve issues fast. The Content team makes it easy for us to launch and promote campaigns - and we've learned to iron out all kinks that occur, together.

**What do you dislike about Buyapowa?**

Nothing major. Any small issues we raised were actioned fast.

We wanted the ability to make minor edits ourselves. Buyapowa responded right away and gave us controlled access that keeps the program safe but flexible. The speed and care of the implementation stood out.

**What do you like best about Buyapowa?**

API Integration and platform's ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Buyapowa?**

This is minor, but the name itself didn’t immediately click with me. Maybe it could be just me. 

Also, there’s no public pricing or self-serve demo available. As a developer, it would’ve been nice to explore the platform hands-on without having to reach out first. That said, I understand this is pretty typical for an enterprise-focused product.

**What problems is Buyapowa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buyapowa helped us implement a seamless end-to-end referral program without having to build everything from scratch. We used it to manage referral campaigns, nurture users, handle friend signups, and issue rewards.

We integrated Buyapowa with our telecom systems so that when a referred friend becomes an actual customer, we notify Buyapowa in real time. That allows the platform to automatically validate the referral and trigger rewards for both the referrer and the new customer. The ability to embed Buyapowa directly into our web pages was also a nice addition.

Overall, it eliminated manual referral validation and reconciliation. Everything is automated across systems, which significantly reduced operational effort and made the referral flow reliable and scalable.

The platform is intuitive and made our referral program launch feel organized and manageable. The Buyapowa team was very helpful and responsive throughout onboarding, and they listened to what we needed. When we requested a customized training guide for our customer-facing teams, they delivered one that addressed real scenarios and questions—super helpful for go-live confidence and consistency.

**What do you dislike about Buyapowa?**

There isn’t much to dislike, but we’d love more self-serve flexibility—especially the ability to create and manage our own templates—and more customization in reporting/dashboards. Overall, the experience was very positive and the team was quick to help whenever we had questions.

Buyapowa is helping us modernize and simplify referral reward fulfillment by giving us more flexibility in how rewards are issued and managed. I’ve really enjoyed working with Buyapowa – their platform is super easy to use and does a great job of driving engagement and advocacy. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into making it simple but powerful, and it really helps connect with our customers in a meaningful way.

Big shoutout to Vik, who’s been amazing throughout. She’s always on top of things, quick to help, and full of great ideas that make a real difference. Vik just gets what we need and makes it happen without any fuss – working with her feels like having someone in your corner who genuinely cares about getting the best results.

**What do you like best about Buyapowa?**

The customer support we've received throughout the onboarding and implementation process has been excellent. The online platform is easy to navigate even for non-technical users such as myself, and the supporting services provide a great future road map for referral programs in their relative infancy.

**What do you dislike about Buyapowa?**

So far we've had no negative experiences of using Buyapowa. Implementation took longer than anticipated however this was due to internal constraints.

**What problems is Buyapowa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Following a referral program trial with an alternative provider, we sought to find a direct solution that was both future-proof and commercially viable. Having considered others in the marketplace, Buyapowa was our preferred solution as we were confident in both the technical capabilities and customer support. We are now able to manage our referral program through an easy to use online platform and have reduced our administrative costs as a result. Referral validation is quicker and easier, and we have a long-term direct solution that is already becoming an integral element of our marketing activity.

The process was smooth, and Giuliana and her team were always ready to answer my questions with clarity and professionalism. The team at Buyapowa have been so supportive and have provided their expertise and guidance throughout whilst we switched over to our new refer a friend scheme. The flexibility of the programme and the endless technical support has also been brilliant and meant that the set up was smooth. Our account manager Viktoriya is also so helpful, provides us with regular updates and always provides support with our queries. It's a pleasure working with the Buyapowa team and we look forward to continuing to work together for the coming years!

Buyapowa has an easy to use client facing portal with real time stats available on all campaigns. Their account management team is always on hand and extremely responsive to any questions or queries. They have worked with us to develop new bespoke campaigns which have resulted in positive results.

The custom email journey function is restricted with lack of HTML build available.

**What do you like best about Buyapowa?**

BuyaPowa, and the person I work with closely, makes conversations about innovation and changes very easy. My client success manager, to summarize in one word, would be effecient. Speaking with BuyaPowa, we spoke about what we can do to our current program to improve our referral program. We worked for a few weeks to create a business proposal and were able to make 2 changes that have made our refferal program perform 3x as good as it did before the changes.

If we can add some type of A/B testing procedure that would be incredible. We are a nationwide company, and sometimes we want to target a specific market with a better offer than others, so geo-fencing would also be a good idea.

Building loyalty for our customers comes at the hands of what the customers think our company offers them.
One of the benefits is this referral program from BuyaPowa. Because of BuyaPowa, our loyal customers can refer friends/families and everyone gets rewarded.

Nothing relevant, maybe the hours to have meetings with the team doesn't match with summer spanish time but it's not relevant...

we didn't have a specific journey for ambassador and referral leads. Thanks to Buyapowa, we can promote our loyalty program and communicate and promote this program to all of our clients and give them visibility and tracking on their referral friends.

An easy-to-use portal that allows visibility into the number of signups, referrals and more. Generating reports from the platform is made simple and easy to review data. Client Success Manager is great to work with, engaged in any new developments and dedicated to the customer experience. Simple integration and management of new rewards.

**What do you dislike about Buyapowa?**

My only challenge is the system's inability to deliver new campaign email templates or ad hoc campaign capability, which would be a bonus as the reporting offers actionable insights and interesting trends.

**What do you like best about Buyapowa?**

We use Buyapowa for our referral schemes and incentives. At first it was quite daunting but their team have been fantastic throughout our setup period and beyond. I'm most impressed with their intital setup guides, the reporting dashboard and their flexibility as a company. As we are using the system in a few different ways.

**What do you dislike about Buyapowa?**

Nothing hugely stands out, we had some cookie issues initally during our setup but the team sorted these fairly quickly.  One improvement would be an addition to the portal which would allow us to see our voucher tally in realtime, rather than having to request or crunch the numbers.

**What problems is Buyapowa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buyapowa is helping us implement a solid referral and incentive scheme, which makes rewarding users simple and straightforward, along with voucher management and payment integration with PayPal. We use this primarily externally, with only a few internal users at this stage.

The Buyapowa solution is easy to use and allows you to manage all your company's sponsorships with the possibility to add or delete some referrals for example. It is also possible to monitor the program's statistics on a daily basis. Moreover, there are several marketing functionnalities existing to develop the program and to to improve the results.

**What do you dislike about Buyapowa?**

While using Buyapowa solution, we also faced some difficulties. There is no test environment at Buyapowa. Therefore, all the modifications requested to the teams, whether it is about the writing of emails or the graphic modification of some pages, are directly done in production. If errors appear, they are directly visible to the customers.
Another element is the integration in our IS which requires a lot of development and which can limit the implementation of new marketing actions.

**What do you like best about Buyapowa?**

The platform is easy to navigate, offering several ways to search for users as well as offering the ability to edit user details. The "Forget user" function is especially helpful as all too often Referrers and Referees either make a typo, attempt multiple registrations (for various reasons), etc. so having this options helps me set a user up for success moving forward in their referral journey.

**What do you dislike about Buyapowa?**

When a Referee desires to register as a Referrer on the same day or within the same 24-hour period (in order to maximize their potential incentive earnings), there's no way to identify the order in which they became a member so that they're not denied a Referee bonus for the sole reason of being perceived as an "existing Referrer".

**What problems is Buyapowa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a consumer POV, a Referrer has a single personal referral link, unique to them to share with those whom they wish to refer to the Credit Union. As a Referee, there are no longer any restrictions with how soon they need to generate their unique referral promo code (previously, a Referee was required to take this step within 14 days of the Referrer sending them their personal referral link). Having this additional time allows for a more streamlined process.

From an employee/business POV, this alleviates the burden of the number of customers who would have otherwise been denied for this reason. I even learned today that should a Referee, for some reason, generate their referral promo code soon after they receive the referral link from a Referrer, but fails to establish their membership with the Credit Union within a year's time, we can follow the "forget user" process for the Referee, allowing them to re-generate a current (new) unique referral promo code if they're now ready to apply for membership, thereby paving the way for the opportunity to receive an automatic payout, if earned, as the Refer-A-Friend Program is designed to do.
