What do you like best about butterflye?

Before Butterflye we would have to notify customers of changes to the product manually. It was a lot of time and often times hard to stay on top of given how many customers and how many changes we had.

But since implementing Butterflye we've been able to get 10 hours back a week to our product team and avoid whole lot of cross-functional chaos! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about butterflye?

In the early days, our customer success team had to manually copy/paste our product releases, updates and changes in Slack. Across dozens of channels. It was time consuming and difficult to monitor the discussions across each customer channel. What do you like best about butterflye?

The platform allows me to communicate with clients on variuous topics and receive much needed feedback. Much better than the typcial email model. Much more efficient, tracks feedback, has a history, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
