One of the biggest advantages was the flexibility to implement business logic and validations within the BurQ iPaaS portal, reducing the need for extensive customizations in our ERP systems. Previously, we had two separate integrations for our UK and US ERP systems to support eCommerce, but BurQ provided a single, unified solution that worked across both regions. This helped standardize processes and streamline operations globally. Additionally, when our business decided to introduce shipping through 3PL, BurQ made it easy to expand the existing integration without requiring further research. The platform allowed us to efficiently send inbound and outbound details to the 3PL, and receive inbound receipts and shipment confirmations—all without manual intervention. This seamless transition was critical, as launching 3PL is a major task in itself, and BurQ made the integration aspect effortless. ### 9. We eventually decided to go with Burq and we have no regrets. The system is seamless and works in the background 99% of times. Execptions are capured and easy to deal with. We get several 100s orders a day on our website and send 1000s of stock level updates to the website. All of which sync seemlessly. The few support queries we raise are always dealt with quicky. **What do you dislike about BURQ iPaaS?** If your Magento and your ERP are fairly standard, then the implementation will be straight-forward. If your systems are heavily customized (as are ours), you need to accept that the implementaion will take longer, as the connector will need to be tweaked accordingly.
