Top Rated BuildShip Alternatives

As a 'low-code' developer I found BuildShip incredibly easy to use and integrate into my apps, it allows you to quickly get started with all the prebuilt nodes and templates, but then also dive deeper and see the underlying code. This has allowed me to build all sorts of things I never would have been able too before. Its a tool I use almost every day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing really is the lack of a template / node marketplace, until recently it was very hard to share these. The Template remix was a very good addition but there is still room for more. A marketplace where the builders could get paid for what they have created would be IDEAL! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate BuildShip for several reasons, chief among them the way it has dramatically sped-up the backend development process. It encourages a structured approach to development, adhering to the DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) principle, which ensures efficiency and minimizes redundancy. While it is a low-code platform, it doesn't oversimplify the development process. Instead, it strikes a perfect balance by allowing developers to retain full control over their code, ensuring that even with its streamlined processes, the depth and integrity of coding practices are maintained. While I deeply value the innovation and continuous improvement BuildShip offers, its rapid evolution sometimes leads to unforeseen issues where certain functionalities can temporarily break or behave unexpectedly. This aspect of constant change, although fundamentally positive for staying ahead in technology, does at times present challenges in maintaining stability and predictability within my projects. It's a testament to BuildShip's commitment to advancement, but it requires a readiness to adapt and troubleshoot as part of the development process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
