What do you like best about Buildium?

Well, first of all, I appreciate the way Buildium looks. The interface is not too loud for the eyes. You can easily navigate or go to a page where you want to look without having a hard time finding it. All of our tenants' information is in one database. They also send reminders to our tenants when their rent is almost due. Among other reasons, I like Buildium, but what I like most is how quickly their customer support responds to my inquiries, even when I contact them by email. What do you dislike about Buildium?

There is nothing I dislike about Buildium. However, I can suggest that it would be better if Buildium had an option to directly communicate with our tenants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buildium solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing tenants and the lease as a whole. Managing tenants and the lease as a whole. In other words, if you have to do it all by yourself, all the paperwork, all the tenant information, it would take a lot of time. I like that you have the option to get reports. We'd like to learn more about your ideas for direct communication with tenants. We currently have email, texting, and mailing functions featured in the Communication menu in your Buildium account. If you haven't already, sign into your Buildium account and go to Help & Support \> Suggest a feature. This will allow you to provide details about what communication functionality you are looking for. This info is regularly monitored by our development team to help determine what will be added to our roadmap.
