I have been using BE's PRISM product for over a year now and I think it is an extremely user friendly and accessible program. Customer Support team is very responsive, I had a sastifactory resolution to my inquiry within 24 hours, with viable solutions. I use this product daily to keep up with building maintenance and vendor compliance. This fully integrate into my daily operations as to assist with implementing new procedures to work out with vendors and tenants equally. It is easy for tenants and vendors to use this product and add to their daily routines as well, thus making it very easy to implement.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** tim n. | Senior Property Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Building Engines?**

I have used the work order application to great advantage over the past 6 months. This was my first experince using work order software. I was a little reluctant at first. but now I see many benefits. I consult the sorted list of work orders for the month when I prepare my monthly accrual. The software keeps me up to date on all the outstanding project.

**What do you dislike about Building Engines?**

The insurance application could be so much more effecient if we could upload the certificates directly to the software and Building Engines could populate all the insuance fields. The on-site inspection software is too cumbersome to do on site. i find I am spending too much time staring at my phone flipping through the menu of items.

**What problems is Building Engines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking Insurance certificates. Tracking work orders. organizing and submitting property inspections.

  ### 9. More Organization, More Efficient Work Completion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel T. | Property Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Building Engines?**

The features that Prism offers for Property Management allows for better organization in mangement the different properties in your portfolio. I specifically love the Work Order features. With the multitude of work orders that occur between my different properties, it can get overwhelming to track the status of the work order until completion. I frequently use the Work Order feauture in Prism to continually add notes about the status of the project and any changes that occur. I also love how you can track which Work Orders are overdue. This helps me to stay on top of the ongoing projects and allows me to communicate with tenants and vendor more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Building Engines?**

I honestly cannot think of a bad feature of Prism.

**What problems is Building Engines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building Engines is helping to solve the issue of things being forgotten about/swept under the rug, such as expired COIs, uncompleted Work Orders, late inspections and preventative maintenace.

The down sides of Building Engines are that it's a bit tricky to find old work orders. The only way to fine it quick is to have the work order number, but sometimes I don't keep track of work order number.

**What problems is Building Engines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The communication between the tenants and the management.

The clear instructions, the ability to make changes and getting users signed up is exceptionally easy. The ability to edit screens, communicate with tenants, and clearing work orders can occur quickly.

  ### 15. Great Product for Property Managers and Building Engineers!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin R. | Acquisitions and Investments, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Building Engines?**

We were doing work orders manually before we switched over to BE. It has been super productive and efficient for us to be able to streamline our work orders online and our property manager and chief engineer have been great at implementing this into our work flow and getting our yearly preventative maintenance schedule into BE to save time and busy work to allow us to have more time to do more important things.

**What do you dislike about Building Engines?**

We would like to see a few tweaks, mainly being able to customize a few different things to help with our work orders. Also, the app could use a bit of tweaking as well to help our engineers easily select which task they are completing and be able to easily go back to a prior work order if they got pulled off of it to do something else.

**What problems is Building Engines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said we were doing all of our work orders manually so this has really saved us some time in implementing this system to our office building.

  ### 19. it works well but mobile version is slow and needs to log off/on to reset a lot.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lith K. | Property Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Building Engines?**

It works. 98% of our tenants communicate work orders via PRISM. Some even take the time to rate the work. The 2% still prefers to email. But because the system works, the work orders go directly to the engineers/janitorials and bypasses management, relieving me to do other things.

**What do you dislike about Building Engines?**

The reports. I dislike having to doctor up a friendly/print version of the reports to review with the team.

**What problems is Building Engines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

work order management - BE allows the tenants to enter/review/follow up in BE. If the work flows well, management is completely free from the process. Management's role is then to review, asses, and implement more effective and efficient processes to resolve tenant issues.
