Not having to post manually for various time zones and social media accounts. How easy to use and straightforward it is. The fact that you can customize one post for each channel. New promo functionality looks exciting. Look forward to trying it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new design implies we need to post separately to each SM channel. Old design had the option to post to all channels by default. I guess they had analytics suggesting a separate scheduling approach was more popular/safer maybe, but for me personally it was convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool saves a lot of our time in scheduling day to day posts on facebook, twitter and Instagram. I like the simplicity of this tool that allows me to easily connect facebook, instagram and twitter and schedule them on our social media pages. Also the analytics feature of this tool let me know which social media posts are performing for me or not which is a great help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike about this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a post scheduling tool on multiples platforms across multiple accounts, Buffer is well-organized and is very efficient. We have rarely had an issue where a post didn't go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are limitations. Buffer is picky about what video files it takes. We have a lot of posts where we want to use Facebook tools (handshake tool, check-in tool, feelings tool) which you can't do with Buffer. You also can't tag other pages which is a huge drawback for us. It definitely ups our engagement when we can tag other pages but it's not hard to go in and do that after the post is up. What i like best bout buffer is that it is so easy to use this smm tool. I can easily attach all my social media pages to buffer and schedule posts across all social channels. Also, i like the analytics feature of this tool which let me know how my social media posts are performing on different social channels. I like the visual representation of report which makes it easy for me to understand what went write and what went wrong on social channels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool is best and I have faced no issues with this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its intuitive UI makes it's a breeze to use, even for beginners. Offers quite a number of features on the free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing can be a bit prohibitive for individuals. Its cost seems more suited for a team with a sizable budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Buffer is a great SMM tool that helps me to connect all my social media posts in one place and I need not hop from one social media platform to others. I can manage all my social media platforms by login on this platform. I like the interface of this tool which is so simple and I can easily do whatever is required. This tool also helps me to know how my posts are performing on all social platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool has not given a us a tough time till now let's see what happens in future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Buffer makes it easy to pre-program my social network postings and I can also manage several different accounts from one place. At our marketing company, it is also easy for customers to understand and use on their own time if they are on their phone or computer, I love using Buffer to plan my social network strategy. This is what I like most about this: 1) It easily integrates with Twitter, Facebook, and linkendin. It works with Pinterest and Instagram, but I only use it for Facebook, Twitter and Linkendin. 2) You can use it for free for up to 10 programmed publications at a time (as of this writing) and this allows you to be sure that it works for you and your needs. 3) The team behind Buffer is fantastic. The few times I needed to contact support helped me right away and my problem was solved that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Here are four things Buffer could do better. 1) The user interface can be a bit clumsy at times. I think I could use a makeover. It's not terrible at all, but it can be confusing to find out. 2) Sometimes the extension doesn't connect properly and gets stuck in a load pattern. 3) I often have to go and re-authorize Twitter or Facebook to work again. It can be annoying to do this over and over again. 4)Connection problems occur quite frequently with LinkedIn; this may be more on the platform side than with Buffer itself, but nevertheless it is frustrating. In addition, Instagram features can be limiting, for example, not being able to schedule a video publication (or choosing a suitable cover image for the video). In general, these drawbacks are only slight and do not prevent me from loving Buffer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing Buffer provides us is posts scheduling feature, it's really useful to get our blog posts live at a given time and I can even schedule posts for many days. Overall, Buffer is a must have for Social Media users who can't spend waking every hour to post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly there isn't a lot I dislike about Buffer but sometimes the hashtag lists didn't displayed correctly and errors can be shown when tagging someone's profile. Overall, these cons are only very small ones and it won't stop me from using Buffer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The design is clean and simple, allowing me to focus on the content I'm curating rather than on the platform I'm using to manage it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Team collaboration features are lacking some functionality that would help the team be more productive in suggesting, curating, editing, and approving content for distribution. Costs prohibit us from increasing to larger team packages (5 team members is a little too small for our situation). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
