Budgyt.com is such a needed software when it comes to the budgeting process. Bugyt.com is super user-friendly, and their support staff has your back the entire way. It is my second time referring an organization I work for to use Budgyt.com for their budgeting application. Love the Budgyt platform! Very intuitive and easy to use, with capabilities that allow users to get more detailed and complicated as needed. Allows us to enter data in detail (or summary) in a way that makes it incredibly accessible and easy to read for non-finance users, which is ultimately a huge time saver for our finance team. Everyone on the Budgyt team that I have spoken to or worked with from sales to support (including the CEO & founder who took one of my training/implementation calls) has been awesome. The training was great (the video academy might be my single favorite & most-used/recommended training feature in any program ever), onboarding and implementation were made super easy (as far as those things go), and ongoing support (on the rare occasions it's been needed; it's been mostly out-of-the-box questions/ideas that I've brought up post-go-live) is excellent & very personable - huge shout-out to "budgyt guru" Aileen who has been immensely helpful from day 0 to the present, anticipating our needs at times before we even did. My only 'complaint' is that of several additional features that have been implemented since we began using Budgyt (dashboards, cash flow, balance sheet) I am anxiously-awaiting the #1 item on my wishlist - live integration with Sage Intacct API to eliminate manual import of actual data. After a traumatic budgeting process a year ago, I made it a goal to replace Excel with an engineered budgeting tool that easily integrated with QuickBooks Online. Budgyt has fulfilled all of my wishes. With some quick training and excellent staff support, we did our most recent budget in record time, and NO Excel errors. It also effectively allowed us to modify our financial structure so we can better slice and dice our budget vs actuals management process. The QBO integration is seamless and fast, and the Dashboard lets even our most tech-averse managers look at the numbers the way they want, not the way they must. There is a learning curve, which is best traveled by using the software, not just relying on the training. There are also several features I'm not sure we'll use, particularly the Employees/Payroll section, which based on an admittedly limited review, does not seem to be as robust as we'd need to move in that direction. James and his staff take time to ask relevant questions to gain insight into how we want to track our project expenses. Additionally, short meetings are easily scheduled promptly to address concerns or questions, and I can always keep moving forward. Budgyt is a user-friendly platform that makes recordkeeping easy, and the built-in reports provide instant answers when a steering committee member questions an expense. Customer support is stellar. I highly recommend Budgyt, as it exceeded all my expectations. It is user-friendly and provides great visibility into our finances. It's effortlessly customizable to the unique needs of my organization. The training videos also saved a great deal of time in the onboarding process. The customer service is also amazing; the top-notch support team was always available to assist. The cost of the program with all its features was a bargain!
