The cash receipts module of BUCS also is convenient in its efficient entry of receipts with automatic balancing and a cash receipt journal, which is especially helpful when processing receipts for distribution across multiple funds and revenue accounts. The user restrictions are not to my taste. The system will lock us out and notify us that the maximum allowed number of users has been reached, even though we need to have many persons working on it at once.
