What is most helpful to me is that 1) In a very short time, I can do work that takes me months otherwise. 2) Also, the fact that it gives me the language of my customer (this is invaluable for me). 3) Ease of use; and great customer support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is least helpful is that 1) You cannot go back and update information once a topic has been generated; 2) It does not generate more than 3 resources or handouts, so if your workshop is 5 sessions, it only generates handouts and resources for the first 3 sessions. 3) That there's a limit on the words that can be used. It is so easy to use and Bucket provides hints and guidelines for each step to make implementation a breeze. They are adding new features and blueprints frequently. Bucket.io gave me the tools and the guidance to create a program that will allow me to share my experience with those who need what I have to offer. Using Bucket.io let me grasp the process of launching at the same time that it gave me the tools to do it--from designing the program that my audience needs, to creating the webinar to attract them to my work and give them a sense of who I am and what I have to offer, to creating the tools to enroll them into my program. It even has templates for creating all of the pages built right into the software. It offered the flexibility to take the AI-generated material and tweak it to sound more like me. It offers a very generous word count so I never felt anxious I would run out of words as I played around with different iterations on some of the questions. Using Bucket.io, I got done in a few weeks what would have taken me so long to complete that I would have gotten lost on the way to the summit and faded away. I was using a Beta version and sometimes the output from the AI-generated materials in the Blueprints function got stuck in a loop when I was trying to expand the possibilities to choose from and it kept outputting the very same content. Very occasionally I could not get it to complete the dataset when it hit the character count limit when using the Blueprints function, but I managed to switch over to the Freestyle tool and get it to complete there. I've been a Bucket.io user since 2018 and the team have done amazing work to make it THE best quiz funnel builder around! The ability to segment and its deep integration with Facebook and Google Analytics allows you to set up metrics for reporting that can go as granular as you'd like.

With the recent release of Bucket 3.0 powered by AI, the platform has become a game-changer. We are now using AI to analyse our survey responses so that we can craft more effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Other features like Bucket Cart, funnel templates, and a drag-and-drop builder allow us to run complex funnels with beautiful, modern designs, sell products and services and collect payment all within the same environment.

We are still not able to set up separate user profiles to access the account, so my VA has to use my login credentials. This is a security concern so it would be helpful to have that functionality.

When trying to insert an image, the Media Library shows only a range of recent uploads. This means I sometimes find myself uploading an image again if I want to re-use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI feature in Bucket 3.0 is mind-blowing. Listen I know there is ChatGPT and people tend to compare paid AI tools with ChatGPT, but this isn't just a group of AI prompts. What I love best about Bucket.io is that it makes marketing your business as streamlined and easy as could be! In a matter of minutes you can have your market message and irresistible offer generated and it's ability to create a webinar script based on an already proven webinar model is jaw dropping. Really? Nothing. This isn't a complaint about Bucket, the only thing I'd find a drawback is that you will literally want to keep creating marketing materials with it again and again to see what it outputs. ..but that is more of a statement about my ability to focus than it is about Bucket! The company does not believe in upgrading or updating their software for existing customers. There are now 3 different versions of this SaaS they need to juggle between. Early adopters and existing customers are not grandfathered into anything. On the contrary, existing customers will simply log in one day to find yet another version of the software has been released. I have personally found the software to slowly begin falling apart at that point. I am currently dealing with their support team because quiz results have stopped loading entirely. The backend just continues to become slower and more unusable every time I log in. And that makes sense - why would they continue caring about the previous versions? It's a very strange SaaS philosophy to simply lock existing customers out of stability updates & new features. I can't imagine the operational pain of managing 3 different SaaS platforms that all do the same fundamental thing - why would they not just sunset the old versions and get vustomers into the new versions? Very strange, and leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. Furthermore - there are many other tools that do what this one does now. No reason to use Bucket.io anymore in my opinion - go with a competitor who will actually upgrade & update your product experience over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially I was drawn to the flow management and quiz implementation. Bucket has continued to add features, and with Bucket 3.0, AI, the tool has become so much more valuable and an integral part of my business. With the AI blueprints, it automates the prompts in a very logical sequence - saving time and enhancing specificity to derive a uniqe result. And, the templates to implement the funnel flow directly making it easy to implement. Embedded training on the use of the blueprints eliminates any confusion as to what needs to be addressed. The user interface is simple and dynamic, and allows for easy insertion or removal of pages in the flow. And, with the power of segmentation, it allows a much deeper understanding of a prospect in the journey of the funnel. The Bucket support team has been very responsive and helped me to implement funnels. And, with the built in integrations and use of Zapier, make it easy to integrate with other software applications.
