As it uses Artificial intelligence in its system, I feel that the accuracy is not that great and needs to get models trained more on multiple domain datasets and industry standard templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is solving a significant problem of CRM systems where earlier we need to manage customers' different life cycles through various software or systems.
