**What do you like best about Bryq?**

I think Bryq is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes using the software simple for me. It leverages AI in a meaningful way, supporting how profiles are created and how assessments are assigned. I really like the integration of AI as it helps to augment the process and speed things up. Ultimately, I like that Bryq is user-friendly, as sometimes these tools can become overengineered and hard to leverage. Additionally, the initial setup of Bryq was very easy for me, as I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for ease of setup. Furthermore, I'm very likely to recommend Bryq, as I would rate it a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

I think there could be improvements with Bryq. It would be great if we could collect more qualitative data about candidate experiences and understand why they think the way they do about the tool. Adding a dashboard for pulling reports with metrics like time to fill and candidate velocity would be useful. Also, having some comparator analysis to compare new candidates against the company culture profile or manager profile could be insightful. While the assessments are great, they shouldn't be the end-all in hiring decisions. Objective criteria within the tool to help with decision-making would be helpful.

I use Bryq for its rigorous assessments, offering a challenging evaluation that reflects our culture and high standards, helping maintain excellence across all roles from administrative to executive positions.

**What do you like best about Bryq?**

It helps us look past CVs. Skills matter, but for us, attitude and fit with the team matter just as much. It’s been really useful in spotting people who actually care about guest experience and how they work with others.

We had a small issue with a candidate who had already taken the assessment elsewhere, but the team was great and fixed it quickly for us.

**What problems is Bryq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re bootstrapped, so every hire has a big impact. Bryq helps reduce the risk of hiring someone who looks good on paper but isn’t the right fit in practice. It gives us more confidence that we’re bringing in people who fit our culture and care about our mission.

When we open a role, we get a huge number of applications very quickly. Bryq helps us sort through them in a more structured way and gives us extra data beyond CVs, which makes shortlisting much easier..

It would be great if we could add our own custom questions or small tweaks to the assessments for specific roles.

**What problems is Bryq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue for us is volume. We receive far more applications than we can realistically review one by one. Bryq helps us filter and prioritize candidates more efficiently, saving time and making the process feel more organized and fair.

I like the ability to create an assessment profile based on the job description. The Bryq support team and account managers are also very helpful.

In Bryq, you can’t extract all the assessment data in one go; they should offer that option. That said, Bryq support and the account managers do help us generate this kind of report.

Bryq can easily provide solutions to whatever problems we have. They also generate reports for all assessment data, which helps us better understand the overall results.

Support from the Bryq team is amazing, they are always will to help and provide support.
Maria and Veronika are excellent. I can always reach out to them and have really engaging and helpful conversations.
The platform is really easy to use, and the data and insights I can extract support talent decision from both a recruitment and development perspective.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

We are implementing this slowly across the business, we are learning and adapting our approaches to best deliver value to our stakeholders. So far there is nothing I dislike about Bryq.
Always opportunities to enhance the data integration between Bryq and our ATS - but confident our suggestions are being heard and will influence future enhancements.

One area for improvement could be helping candidates better understand their results. While the science behind Bryq is strong, clearer or more personalized feedback reports could make the experience even more valuable for users.

Bryq solves the problem of biased and resume-driven hiring by using cognitive and personality science to predict job fit. That benefits me by ensuring I’m evaluated based on my potential and strengths rather than just past experience, making the process more fair and data-driven.

I love that it's fast in generating results; profiling is AI assisted and automated; and that it's mobile friendly.

It's not that I dislike, but the assessment results could be better if there's more qualitative data to assist recruiters and assessors who would like to know the person more. Sometimes it's better to read them compared to all just being numbers.

The main problem solved is making data driven decision making. Bryq makes the experience of recruitment more objective, and it assists in getting to know our potential candidates much better.

**What do you like best about Bryq?**

Minimizes the time of recruitment process, provides insights about each candidate strength and weakness, and propose an interview guide tailormade to individual's profile. All of these integrated easily with the company's ATS and also are accessible for the Hiring team.
Needless to say, that the candidate's insights are tailormade to the company's unique values, which are defined with Bryq's help. 
Of course, I need to highlight the wonderful, supportive, full of energy Bryq's team!

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

Maybe a shorter snapshot of candidate's profile would be more convenient, along with a consistent measurement scale for all attributes, values, traits.

Can be the first screening, therefore minizes recruitment time. 
Provides insights for candidate's profile and offers a guide for the areas that should be addressed during the interview with each candidate.

I very much value the insights that Bryq allows us to make about the talent that we are bringing into our organization.  We have seen an increase in the tenure of our team and have been able to have more confidence in our hiring decisions based on the information that it provides.  I also really appreciate the great partnership that we have with Emily and the whole team for always staying engaged and curious about the trends that we are seeing and what data driven insights they can offer us.

I love the user experience. The platform is super friendly. The tests tests a variety of parameters. The unlimited tests are a convenient feature especially for companies with mass recruiting. The customer support is extraordinary and always there when needed. It integrates easily with Workable.

Nothing I love it all! Keep up the good work!

It assesses candidates - you can even change their positions to see if they better suit somewhere else. It gives the option of anonymity. It gives the option to sit the test in the native language of the candidate. It also captures the candidate to see if they are alone in the room.

There's nothing to dislike. I am looking forward to the Chinese interface (the Chinese language is already supported for the assessments)

**What do you like best about Bryq?**

The ability to measure not only role fit, but also Cultural affinity has been the most important for me. It's great to do this for new hires (allows us to selectively strengthen the culture of specific teams), but more importantly we were able to map the whole company and run targeted actions for Cultural alignment.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

The only have one assessment, which is great for most purposes, until you have to tell senior execs to take an assessment. Luckily we switched seniors to a personality only version.

**What problems is Bryq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've acquired several companies recently, and getting Cultural alignment was our biggest paid. With Bryq we were able to run targeted actions for every team, which made integrating 3 new countries a breeze.

The most useeful feature for me is how they help measure cultural fit. Usually this is (sadly) a gut feeeling for most companies to get, but with Bryq we are able to measure that with data, and back it up in our interviews. All the people working there have been increadibly helpful and professional. I also love that it integrated with our ATS.

With personality and cognitive tests you have to be careful and always evaluate case by case. A candidate might take the test while they are not feeling well, and that can impact the results for instance for the cognitive scores.

Bryq is incredibly easy to use! It's AI is able to quickly and easily create a psychometric benchmark based on your job descriptions. The results can be tweaked or customized to ensure your benchmark emphasizes certain values and factors i.e. emphasizing safety mindset.

Great amount of integration with various ATS including Lever which makes it super quick and simple to create and enroll candidates.

From a hiring perspective, the insights per candidate, their tendencies and areas of concern are addressed through thoughtful and insightful recommended helper questions to assist interviewers with digging deeper into the candidate's personality. Our interviewers value the relevancy of the questions and Bryq's explanation for why that question is being recommended and the meaning/leading indication behind their answers.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

No major issues at all! Overall the platform is very solid and meets all of our needs from an ease of use, efficacy and relevancy standpoint. The integration was relatively easy to setup once we exposed our ATS API.

My only complaint is that when creating a new assessment, you would need to submit the job description for AI processing before the platform informs you it has already been created. Ideally, once you select a job that has an assessment, Bryq would tell you so you don't go through the trouble of trying to create a new assessment. Some type of warning to flag it's already been created would save a few mins of time.

Bryq is providing a more holistic profile of the candidate from a personality and cognitive standpoint in addition to our in-person interviews. We've found that having candidates complete the Bryq assessment early in the process helps guide future interview questions, so that has been a really big benefit for us. The more candidates you invite to take the assessment, the better comparison you're going to get, so I'd recommend going slightly wider in terms of invitees. Also, as Bryq recommends, try not to focus on too many aspects of the role or traits when it comes to the number of questions you're asking - focus on the right things for the role and don't overload candidates with too many questions. You might risk them being overwhelmed or even abandoning the assessment (we haven't had anyone do this, but we've been cautious about not including too many questions).

We always want to make sure we have the most complete picture of candidates before making an offer, and especially operating remote, phone and video interviews don't always give us a complete picture. **What do you like best about Bryq?**

Easy way to assist in screening potential candidates.  Very easy setup and customer support is outstanding.  It's saving me valuable time and helping to only put the most qualified people in front of me.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

I literally have zero complaints.  I've enjoyed using the product.

**What problems is Bryq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time and produces easy to read reports to help assist in determining if we need to move a candidate onto the next step in our process of screening.
