We include one piece of marketing material (they allow you to brand the pieces with your own logo!) with each client communication or renewal. They assign a Zywave rep to you once you commit, and our person was relentless in getting usto use their services... it's almost like they get a bonus if they can get you "off and running". Something must be motivating that person because they were very persistent to get everyone trained and get the first campaign set up. I have not found anything bad about Broker Briefcase. It provides us so many resources to present to clients and is always up to date with the latest changes that are happening within healthcare. The only dislike I would say is that sometimes I cannot find what I am looking for to send to a client and have to go to another site like this to find the information I am looking to send out.
