It had a lot of 'canned' content and not as much personalization. The website reporting was less advanced than what we found with Yext. It also needed more personalization, refreshed template designs, and better integration with our other company tools. The setup was easy but too simplistic. **What problems is Broadridge Advisor Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Broadridge Advisor Portal's canned content and lack of personalization didn't meet our website design needs, so we switched to Yext. It also had less advanced website reporting. ### 2.
