It's valuable to us because we can customize core parts of the platform like product structure, pricing rules, and checkout flows. This flexibility was a key reason we switched from a more limited commerce setup to Broadleaf Commerce, as we needed greater flexibility. **What do you dislike about Broadleaf Commerce?** I find the learning curve can be steep at the start and some parts of the platform can take time to understand. If the user is unfamiliar with some of the terms, it will get dicey.
