"Great Customer Service!"
4/5
What do you like best about Brivo?

I like that I can speak with someone directly regading my issue(s) and they take the time to provide step by step assistance as needed. If further investigation is needed, they provide feedback and follow-ups to ensure the issue has been resolved.

Other competitors require you to send an initial email for support and then you have to wait for a call back or reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brivo?

I have not expierenced a downside with Brivo to date. My questions have always been answered and my issues have been resolved. I am confident with the service I receive with Brivo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Service and tech support!!"
5/5
What do you like best about Brivo?

The tech support rep that I was dealing with was absolutely amazing. I was unfamiliar with the programming software but they stood with me and walked me through the entire process. Customer was extremely happy with the results and I learned so much from the rep that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brivo?

As a professional installer I think brivo products are great for small and moderate sized applications but it would be nice to see the company compete with some of the more high end systems that are designed for integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Security System"
5/5
What do you like best about Brivo?

Easy installation, setup and to use system. Lots of options to fit any scale of security badge/door/lock requirements. Camera system compliments the security system. Support is easy to work with. Documentation details every setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brivo?

Documentation on some of their newest products needs more information. Feel as if it takes more time for them to release details on their expanded product line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Security is important and Brivo makes it easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Brivo?

I like the remote opening or locking of doors and the ability to lockdown everything with one button. This is important in the event that chaos happens in your facilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brivo?

I would prefer more control over some of the features for myself. It seems like too many things such as renaming of doors can only be done by Brivo and not the Super Users of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great in the past, falling short now"
3/5
What do you like best about Brivo?

Dependable product, quality devices. Innovative interfaces, not always the most intuitive though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brivo?

Customer service has degraded significantly in the last 6 months. Emails go unanswered, calls unresolved, email responses received are vague.

When trying to reactivate service for a new customer at an existing brevo location, often the form required is ignored and we have to wait until a technician is on site to keep reaching out to brivo until we find somebody who will help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
