The tech support rep that I was dealing with was absolutely amazing. I was unfamiliar with the programming software but they stood with me and walked me through the entire process. As a professional installer I think brivo products are great for small and moderate sized applications but it would be nice to see the company compete with some of the more high end systems that are designed for integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
