What do you like best about BrightTALK (Informa TechTarget)?

The platform works incredibly well, is very easy to use - both for marketing professionals and speakers/presenters - and the support is fantastic. It integrates well with both our sure and our CRM, and allows for quick and easy useage. The implementation and automation within the platform takes a significant amount of additional work and strain off of our operations and web teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrightTALK (Informa TechTarget)?

There are some limitations to the platform, like advanced editing and formatting of webinar descriptions - so that they appear on-brand and well-formatted on our site as well as the BrightTalk site - and additional advanced permissions for users would also be really helpful for enterprise organizations with a lot of teams.

Also, when your team gets too large, there tends to be some issues with communication on the account side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrightTALK (Informa TechTarget) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to record, manage, and host our webinars and virtual events without involving additional teams and needing work. We're able to push out new content and web pages immediately. What do you dislike about BrightTALK (Informa TechTarget)?

There's not much to dislike about BrightTALK. The only downside to the tool is that there are many features that are available, and for someone who isn't super tech savy, it can be confusing. Our partnership with BrightTALK has been instrumental in expanding our B2B marketing efforts by enabling us to reach high-intent customers effectively. Their platform connects us with prospects already showing interest in our products, boosting our lead generation efficiency. While BrightTALK works well to reach prospects showing 3rd party intent, they do not allow for contact exclusion lists making it more challenging to drive net new contacts into known accounts. The client support team is very attentive and friendly to work with. They always respond quickly. They are nice and smart people.

BT facilitates broadcast of prerecorded webinbar events smoothly.

The embed code to post webinars on other sites help boost visbility of webinars.

What do you dislike about BrightTALK (Informa TechTarget)?

The lack of two way interation, especially not being able to see if/who attends your webinars while in session is awkward. Most platforms provide visibility into who is in the audience but on BT you don't know if you're talking to 1000 people no one.

Managing events on the back end is challanging and unintuitive. I have probably been in there 100 times and still play a lot of trial and error when I'm trying to find and manage our channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how helpful the vendors are at BrightTalk. The user experience on the site is positive. It's intuitive and easy to use. We use BrightTALK for all of our webinars and it has been a good experience. Easy to have guest speakers on and for them to quick learn the tool. BrightTALK integrates well with our reporting tools as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not as ADA friendly as it could be. We had a presenter that needed vision assistance and there were no controls to help her with this. She needed to get someone to help her with this.

What do you like best about BrightTALK (Informa TechTarget)?

BrightTalk is very easy to use. It provides you with a webinar platform (so you don't need a dedicated solution for that), plus it has a very large subscriber base. Our company channel has over 20,000 subscribers!

The team at BT is extremely customer-focused. They are always working with you to make sure you are successful in your goals. And they are very responsive - jumping on calls whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrightTALK (Informa TechTarget)?

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It's simple to upload videos, or create them using the platform. Promoting the videos is simple, and has been a great way for us to connect with both our current customers, and potential prospects. So far the only downside I have seen is the lack of flexibility in recording templates. I would like more options to be able to resize the camera and slide show boxes to fit our needs better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Planning, executing and promoting webinars using our company's internal systems has become somewhat prohibitive for us. There are many teams involved which means a long lead time from planning to execution and promotion. Our team's have little flexibility in their process and it has held us back in getting in front of our customers/prospects in a timely manner.
