What do you like best about Brightpearl?

Brightpearl is a fantastic software for retail businesses that want to streamline their operations and grow their sales. I have been using Brightpearl for over 6 years and I am very impressed by its features and performance. Brightpearl integrates with all the platforms and channels that I use, such as Amazon, eBay, and more. What do you like best about Brightpearl?

2. Inventory Planner is a great tool for integrating various marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. It also makes it easy for us to bundle various categories by providing them tags which makes it easy to filter out data even before downloading it. It reduces the hassle of dealing with a huge amount of data in an excel file later by filtering out everything in the Inventory Planner itself. We love this software as it’s very easy to use and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

We are a 2 person operations team managing a multi-thousand SKU catalog. Brightpearl is our centralized source of truth when it comes to inventory and our catalog and integrates directly with our sales channels. We have entirely automated our Order Management process as well. From the time an order is placed, through fulfillment and automation, we don't have a single touch point that requires manual intervention. Ordering new product also takes us 5 minutes now that we have a standardized PO template and process in Brightpearl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

Almost every integration we set up we had to have custom developed. We're used to the Shopify integration model at this point and prefer tech platforms with 1-2 click bespoke integrations that you can then customize to match your business. Brightpearl is an investment to set up properly in terms of time and resources for this reason, but it is ultimately worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

We've been with Brightpearl (BP) for many years. Before BP we knew our stock very well, but being with BP took us to a whole new level. Having very accurate stock levels, as well as much more efficient ordering, leads to being able to offer a better customer service experience and helps boost turnover.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

I’ve been using Brightpearl ERP since the mid-2014 at my online store Alisa.ua. It’s a great SAAS ERP for e-commerce that literally changed everything about how we do things and significantly improved our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

We use Brightpearl to handle our order and shipment process, and it does this very well. We use their Automation engine heavily to remove a lot of tasks that take humans a long time. We also had a really great Implementation Consultant Nicholas Woodley who made the transition to Brightpearl seamless and pain-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

The work flow makes perfect sense with clone sales orders from purchase orders. We have built 2 connecting API'S that work seamlessly and have given us electronic pod's with our drivers. Worth pointing out - we do not sell via any e commerce or website, we are direct distributor to end user companies, I have been in this industry for 40 years and BP works very very well in our space. What do you like best about Brightpearl?

The easy ability to set up integrations with key channels easily such as Amazon and Shopify. We manage multiple channels and having a single platform to review all customer orders and transactions is a great resource. Of course, this is also great for inventory management. What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

The platform can get quite messy and having integrations with a lot of channels means things can get complicated as not everything is set up the same way.
