**What do you like best about Bright Suite?**

I like that the filtering tool it's very friendly and easy to use, it helps me to find what I need quickly.

**What do you dislike about Bright Suite?**

I feel that are too many options and there are a couple of tabs and options that I don't even know how to use them or what they do.

**What problems is Bright Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It Helps us to process orders in my place of work correctly. it also helps us to hold, release and make changes to the orders.

**What do you like best about Bright Suite?**

This system is great for procurement and warehouse management. We use this to keep all of the buying and customer needs in one place. East to use!

**What do you dislike about Bright Suite?**

Our team has found this to be problematic trying to implement, at first the built in reporting was not satisfactory. The main wms  functionality has been great and the system is very fast.
