What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't say enough good things about two of the instructors, Valerie and Nalin. Valerie's encouragement makes me feel proud to be taking care of my body, which is an important part of self-care. She explains the benefits of each exercise, making it easy to follow along, and her positive attitude is truly uplifting. I genuinely enjoy her classes and always look forward to coming back for more, especially because of her focus on core and pelvic muscles. Nalin's "YOU CAN DO THIS" motivation is inspiring in its own way. His classes become more challenging over time, so attending regularly lets you see real progress as you find yourself able to do more than before. Sitting in front of a computer for eight hours straight is horrible for our bodies and minds, but after taking these classes, I notice my focus, productivity and mood improve, even if I end up working fewer minutes overall.
