You can organize all project documents and data of employees, contractors, suppliers or clients, on or off-site and across all the regions. User interface is very fast, easy and smooth to use. 3. It simplified document management and storage system. We can upload project and documents to the cloud and we can view and share documents in word, excel, ppt, pdf, 2D in later point of time. It allows you to download and upload drawings to the cloud, view projects and see all documentation. 4. It keep track of document revisions and file history. There is also a built-in messaging option to display notifications and annotations from other users, in real-time. It also works your smartphone or tablet, which helps to take pictures, annotate drawings and make comments from the mobile app! 5. Best of all; you only need to sign in once! **What do you dislike about Bricsys 24/7?** 1. It is quite expensive for small business. Their plans start with 2.3k dollar for 10GB. 2. Learning might be difficult at initial stage. 3. Mobile application has restricted features. **What problems is Bricsys 24/7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. These documents can be managed in order for the right people to have access to the proper documents at the right times. These files can then be viewed without having the native launching software available on the device; the documents can even be viewed on smartphones alike. **What do you dislike about Bricsys 24/7?** It is a costly software for small businesses, and they don't offer planes for the tools that Bricsys have. It is a take it or leave it package. **What problems is Bricsys 24/7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am uploading and managing documents, setting access rights for these documents as well. Then these documents can be viewed by different persons each on his respective device (in or outside the firm). It is also useful when sharing CAD drawings, or putting drawings on the cloud for the department to view. **What do you dislike about Bricsys 24/7?** While Bricsys 24/7 is helpful in sharing, my company has decided to use more secure means of sharing CAD drawings than using the cloud. While it can still be secure, never leaving our intranet is more secure. Thus we have access to Bricsys but it is not used often, if at all. **What problems is Bricsys 24/7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** If our company couldn't move drawings internally, Bricsys would probably be our first choice in sharing drawings. We have not fully used Bricsys 24/7's features, but I'm sure more benefits than just sharing documents. ### 12.
