What do you like best about Brex?

I find Brex simpler than American Express and easier to share globally with all of our employees. It saves employees from having to spend their own money and then get reimbursed, which is really convenient. The virtual cards are quick and easy to issue to employees. The interface is easy to work with, which helps solve a lot of problems we used to face. As an approver of card expenses, I enjoy the mobile app because I get email notifications to my phone whenever someone needs spend approval. It’s very easy for me to review and approve expenses directly through the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brex?

Brex is an expense management software and it works well for that purpose. Brex also has an invoice processing component but it is not sufficient for it business. It would be nice if Bed was more than just a credit card for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brex?

I really enjoy using Brex. I like the interface and how we have debit cards tied to the account, which helps a lot for physical purchases. The auto online notifications are set up so every time an employee makes a purchase, we're able to see it and track it. Overall, I really enjoy the service. It's also been really user-friendly, and the online portal is good for managing everything. Customer service has been excellent, and I generally enjoy the service a lot. Switching from a traditional bank to Brex has been a positive experience for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brex?

I think the only thing that can be improved is having an easier way to do same day transactions. It sometimes takes a delay, a day or 24 hours, to get money from one account to another. It would be better if it was more instantaneous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brex?

Step backward. I don't have a card. I am just turning in my expenses that I paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brex?

Very kludgee. hard to use. Example - in other platforms, you can daisy chain mileage on trips in a single day. as sales reps...this is what we do. We meet a client for breakfast, then take bagels to another client....meet another client for lunch....then coffee with another client....the drinks and dinner with another. Each one of these mileage entries is a separate painful entry. Other platforms help you organize your expenses around trips that you have taken. Brex feels like a series of one-offs and I have hard time auditing expenses, making sure I captured everything from a trip Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brex?

I use Brex for my job expenses and find it really convenient, especially since I can just tap into the app on my phone and do my expense reports easily. It's easy for me to make expense reports and handle memos and things like that for my job. I also appreciate that the Brex card works with my Apple Wallet, which makes paying for things like garage fees seamless, and then I can just fill out the expense report with Brex. "Intuitive and reliable App for Business Expenses—Everything You Need in a Few Clicks"
What do you like best about Brex?

Is easy to use, has a good app and the overall experience is what I expect for a business expenses card. I really like the app, it has all the features correctly available without to many clicks. The main feautures you use are very easy to find (historic of expenses, consumed budget, user info etc.).

I like the fact also that to log in and access the services, you dont have to go through 20 different steps (like amex). It is more intuitive than Amex by far, things like knowing your expenses or if you need to lock the card or request chat assistance are available directly and very fast.

It reminds me of the experience of Kraken exchange and a little bit like Revolut (two "financial" apps that I think are also spot on with the usability and ease to use for the everyday user). I have not used the tasks or travel features, but looks like the functionalities on those will also be on par Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brex?

Overall I like the app, if I where to point something, I would like some more:

Analytics kind of features. Like, receiving an email end of the month to see what have you expensed. Sometimes it is good just to review that the expenses are professional and that you have not made a personal expense by mistake.

A bit of dashboarding (similar to "manage your expenses in revolut"), where basically you can see an aggregation of where and which kind of categories have you made over a period of time

Something more far fetched but that could be nice to have. Usually I use the card mostly when travelling for work, something that could be really nice is having a feature where you say where you are (city, hotel etc.) and gives you quick tips/recommendations (not add based) of where to go for lunch, or which things can you do on your free time while on the business trip. Something that could make me want to open the app when I am travelling to get usefull insights for my trip. Might be a wide area, but overall, having something that makes Brex more connected with the user on their travels (which in my case is the times I use the card the most). Right now I feel Brex is a very spot on solution to manage my payments while travelling, but I feel that the same team can also deliver further capabilities that enhance even further the experience of travelling for work or using the card. What do you like best about Brex?

I use Brex for both local and international transfers, and I find it reliable since transfers don't fail. The Vault feature is quite useful to save funds. I also value the ability to seamlessly pay international vendors through transfers and make payments internationally with the cards. The active customer service is great, as they are always available to assist, enhancing my experience. The initial setup was seamless, which made it easy to get started. What do you like best about Brex?

I find Brex incredibly useful for business spending and expense reports. It's so easy to track spending against budgets and submit expense reports. What I like most is how extremely easy it is to learn, with a UX that is very intuitive. The process of submitting expenses is just so simple. Switching between different limits and checking my remaining budget is super simple. I also appreciate having my credit card information front and center, so when I'm buying a flight or something, I can just copy the information with a couple of clicks. What do you like best about Brex?

I really appreciate how simple it is to create virtual cards that are linked to specific budgets, as well as the option to submit invoices that are automatically matched to the corresponding charges without any manual effort. What do you dislike about Brex?

At times, I notice that my customizations for the Expense views unexpectedly disappear and revert back to the default settings. It would be very helpful if there were an option to include both myself and my team members together in budget reports. What do you like best about Brex?

What I like most about Brex is that the app is super simple. I'm able to reimburse the company if there's something I needed to pay for, and it makes it really easy for me to just pay. I also appreciate that the initial setup was super simple. They shipped me the card within normal shipping time, and it was easy to set up the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brex?

The only thing I'd say could be improved is the card quality. I've had two cards. I lost one, and then the second one I have now, both were really quick to rub off the numbers. But the lettering on the back of the card has fully rubbed off my name and the card number. It's kinda hard to type in the number online if you don't have the app open. What do you like best about Brex?

I use Brex for work as a Senior Graphic Designer, and it truly streamlines the process of managing my work budget. I love the modern user interface, which includes features that normal bank apps often miss. It's also compatible with Apple, making it easy for me to connect with my iPhone and Apple Pay, so I can quickly access important information like balance, statements, and card info. The initial setup was lightning fast, and I could instantly use my Brex digital card.
