**What do you like best about Breezy HR?**

Breezy is beginner-friendly and very easy to navigate. It offers essential features like scheduling interviews with candidates and creating different pipelines for various hiring projects. Implementation is simple and only requires basic training. I use Breezy daily, and its smooth integration with tools like Appointy, Outlook, and LinkedIn makes it easy to connect with existing workflows. Whenever technical issues arise, their customer support is quick to help. My favorite feature is the ability to track candidates across different hiring stages—from applied to hired—while also sending automated emails, which saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Breezy HR?**

There isn’t much I dislike about Breezy, but at times it can be a bit slow when loading or refreshing

Breezy HR helps me easily track application numbers, send out automated rejection emails, and store candidate contact information in one place. This makes the hiring process more organized, saves time, and ensures nothing gets missed during recruitment.

**What do you like best about Breezy HR?**

I like that Breezy HR is very easy to use, especially since I'm not very technically savvy. As a new user, I found it really simple to dive right in. It's easy to find and organize candidates, and I appreciate how it allows for seamless communication with the hiring team. All the information I need is in one place, making it very straightforward to access resumes and past candidates. The organization and ease of use are what I like most. It's also great visually to track our pipeline and efforts, which helps when I need to report to higher-ups. Additionally, the customer service is very valuable with dedicated support from our rep, Lindsey Hernandez, who is always available to help.

**What do you dislike about Breezy HR?**

I think one of the challenges is hopping into former managers' roles. I'm having difficulty turning off some of the reoccurring emails that were set up under her profile. It was a little bit more manual than we thought to put an offer in Breezy. It was permissions on how to get a requisition approved and sent from the managers and signed by our CEO. It's been a little bit difficult to build that out in Breezy.

I use Breezy HR for organizing everything in one place, tracking candidates, managing communication with candidates and my team, and visually monitoring recruitment efforts efficiently. It helps with organizing candidate emails, noting follow-ups, tagging managers, and aiding talent acquisition overall.

I really appreciate the simplicity and user-friendliness. Integration is easy, and the account team is very responsive. I also love that enhancements are always being implemented, so the product continues to improve over time.

**What do you dislike about Breezy HR?**

The reporting is very broad, and it would be great to have more granular options. It would also be helpful if candidates were required to create an account when submitting resumes online. Lastly, I’d love to see a payroll component added to the system.

**What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tracks all of our new applicants, and all of our users can see everyone in one place. This is where we receive all of our applicants and move them through the different stages of the process.

**What do you like best about Breezy HR?**

I like Breezy HR because it's breezy, simple, and easy to set up. It's not hard to configure and performs all the main functions I need. There are still lots of ways I can customize features and workflows, which is a big plus. It's very easy to use and explain to other users and my clients. Managing all of my clients in one place and being able to separate them is a major feature for me. It has a very simple interface, making it easy to see where all my clients are at any time. The setup is definitely the easiest I've ever had on any ATS system, and the customer service is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Breezy HR?**

I don't like that there isn't an agency version currently on the software, so I have to customize it in my own ways for different clients.

**What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Breezy HR is very simple and easy to set up, taking about an hour. It helps me keep track of clients, advertise on job boards, and customize workflows. I can manage all clients in one place with a simple interface.

I wish it would also say the location in addition to the position title in email notifications. We often have multiple of the same positions open at different locations, so I have to log in and click into all the positions to see which opening the notification was about. 

I also wish there was a way to pause positions, which we don't yet want to mark as closed, but that we want to take down for a while to review current applicants.

Posting to multiple job boards all at once for us, before we were only manually posting to Indeed.

**What do you like best about Breezy HR?**

Breezy HR keeps the entire hiring process organized from start to finish. The pipeline view makes it easy to see where every candidate stands, and the drag-and-drop function saves time. It links directly with my Outlook calendar, making scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers seamless. Every email, note, and conversation automatically saves under each candidate’s profile — excellent for record-keeping and team collaboration. The integrations with job boards and communication tools are reliable and simple to use. Their customer support team is absolutely awesome — responsive, friendly, and quick to help. I use Breezy constantly, and it’s one of the easiest systems I’ve ever implemented.

**What do you dislike about Breezy HR?**

Reporting could be more customizable. The system offers basic reports, but it would be great to have more flexibility to filter data and identify hiring trends quickly. Notifications sometimes lag between mobile and desktop, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The platform overall works well and is dependable — I just wish the analytics were as polished as the rest of the system.

**What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Breezy HR has eliminated the chaos of managing multiple spreadsheets, emails, and job board logins. It centralizes everything — candidate communication, scheduling, feedback, and progress tracking — in one easy-to-navigate system. It’s saved our team hours every week and cut down on miscommunication between recruiters and hiring managers. Having all emails, notes, and interview details stored in one place also makes it easy to revisit past hires or candidate histories. Overall, it’s helped us stay more organized, move faster, and provide a smoother experience for both candidates and internal teams.

I guess the overall structure of the application is somewhat clear. There’s not much to like, honestly.

**What do you dislike about Breezy HR?**

It is very slow. Every page needs ages to load and shows a huge loading state, which makes it very cumbersome to work with. Other tools are so much faster than Breezy. The UI can also look a bit confusing and overloaded. Thanks to many columns of content it’s sometimes not clear where to focus or what the main purpose of a page is. Things like the applicants’ cover letter is permanently shown, even if it’s not very relevant.

We use it for the hiring pipeline, and organizing our application process in a kanban-style board.

Breezy doesn't really solve a problem for me. Rather it is one of many options within the TA tech stack. As a Head of Talent Acquisition/Corporate Recruiter, I require an ATS to be in place. Breezy is one option that fills that space specifically within the SME sector.

**What do you like best about Breezy HR?**

After a long while of using the system, I still find it easy to use and very beneficial in my candidate management.
Previous Response: First, the user experience is straightforward and appealing. The system reads and analyses the resumes and gets a very good cleanup and formatting of the data. It supports multiple positions and candidates, and you can customize the workflow per position. Automatic publishing for your positions in multiple job boards including LinkedIn and Indeed. Built-in mail/sms capabilities with nice templates that you can customize. You can assign candidates to different team members and have internal discussions within the system. I was impressed with the external recruiter portal and features that allowed us to share the position with our external recruiters and have them see the status of each candidate. Auto-mail sending is also based on workflow actions, but I haven't tried it yet. Another very important feature which I found only later in the process is the ability to set up candidate pools for future reference.

**What do you dislike about Breezy HR?**

Like before, since candidates do not provide photos, i have no need of the thumbnails, I even find it confusing. But everything else is great. 

**What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past I used Excel and shared folders to manage the applicants for different positions, that method was cumbersome and we had candidates that were missed. Using Breezy we can track and manage all our company's candidates in one place where all team members can collaborate and provide feedback.

I love the ease and functionality of Breezy HR, as it doesn't sacrifice the candidate experience. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Breezy HR?**

We use questionnaires frequently as an automatic stage action but I hear from candidates regularly that the messages go to spam. Maybe a pop up or acknowledgement at time of application that will urge candidates to check spam filters - I'm not sure, that's not my wheel house. But when we send invitation links for scheduling we don't experience the same spam feedback.

I use Breezy HR for centralizing applicant tracking, communication, and pipeline stages across clients, positions, and locations.

When posting a job, you must wait for the post to be reviewed by their compliance team. This isn't detailed anywhere and can take a LONG time sometimes. If you are aiming to post a job on a Friday afternoon, don't plan on it being up because their team won't review it until they're back in the office. They need to automate this portion or at least make the timeline visible.

Setup a trial and review the features. Its best to take advantage of all to get the use of  options such as calendars, tasks, emails, calendars and video conf.

Once you know how to navigate the invite teams it's great to be able to add a hiring manger to their job post and also add a whole team of hiring members to a specific job post so the hiring managers receive the applicants as they apply.

Also being able to add templates is nice when you have different needs for the different job posts and once the templates are created you can use themn over and over again.

Not being able to reopen a past job post if you are hiring for the same position and reuse.
Candidates receive error message saying that they already have applied for the position and it won't let them re-apply.

There is not an easy way to separate or number the candiates once they have applied.

I MUST BRAG about the BreezyHR app as well - you will not find another app that supports as seamless as the desktop.

Just a few things...
1. Can't change the time of an interview (manager cannot propose a new time) - must cancel and send new link.
2. Cannot unsend emails - should use the delay function
3. For reporting interviews - the system picks up the date interviews are scheduled, rather than the date the interview happens. This makes a difference when the month changes.
4. For reporting "Hires" - If you drag a candidate to "Hired" accidentally, there is no way to remove from reporting (graphs & tables). If you export the reports (to make pivot tables or more complex reporting), you can apparently adjust the incorrect number. I just use the simple tables and graphs provided in Breezy though.

As a daily user, there are so many fantastic features about BreezyHR, but I most enjoy seeing a visual candidate pipeline on all open requisitions, the ability to easily communicate and schedule meetings with candidates through an Outlook integration, the reporting functionality, and the price is fantastic for the features offered compared to many of the applicant tracking systems I resarched prior to deciding to implement BreezyHR. They also offer match scoring now which really helps shortlist your top candidate matches based on the job ad posted for the role. I started with their bootstrap (FREE!) version before moving forward with purchasing and I was able to start using the system the same day without losing any candidate data when we moved to the paid version. Their customer support is top notch - if I ever have a question, they are just a message away.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about BreezyHR. They have a great forum where you can suggest features and they make frequent updates based on user feedback which is greatly appreciated.

The set up was so simple and intuitive it made the transition to an ATS very very easy and digestable to co-workers who had never used it before.   I was able to get the system almost in complete working order within a matter of days.  The integration with Indeed took less than 24 hours and we immeditly starting seeing more applications.  If I did have any issues the customer service team is best in class and was there to support me every step of the way.   Honestly the best customer service team I have ever worked with.

There are times where breezy seems too easy, which is a weird thing to say as a negative.  I have purchased other ATSs for enterprise companies that cost tens of thousands of dollars.  Visually this does look and feel cheaper somehow, but its not major.

We hire for tWe hire for the same types of positions over and over again and as a result get the same candidates often.  Breezy has immediately helped us keep duplicate candidates out of the system and allow us to have a historical record.

Disclaimer: have used Breezy for almost half a year, unable to speak of customer service AFTER account is handed off to the account manager as current stage is with onboarding side. 

- great sales & customer team: while shortlisting ATS that would be the best for our company, a lot of repeated calls and questions asked. Derek Mercer from the sales team and Gregory Pervis were the best. They responded extremely quickly to queries, were patient in answering the really nitty gritty details and questions I had, and were always sincere and genuine. When issues arose (payment, migration) they were also quick to help. Amongst the ATS our team has interacted with which is about 10, Breezy has really stood out 

- amazing value: the pricing structure is transparent and clear, and for what you pay the value is incredible. I say this after evaluating multiple major ATS. If you're a company looking for something that's affordable and provides great features --> breezy is really it. 

- UI/UX and features are great: it's intuitive, you can choose the view that you want to see it from (kanban / as a pipeline). Easy to toggle and navigate between diff views. So far, haven't had an issue with load speed. 

- customisability: you're able to edit so many aspects, from customising permissions, rejection reasons, pipeline stages, scorecard details, quesionnaires and the format of the JD postings

- offer management: while the offer management/documentation is great in its customisability, you're unable to send out offers with multiple attachments (e.g. multiple offer documents), and you can't CC important stakeholders in the process too. the workflow is all on the system and sometimes that isn't aligned with what the team is looking for (multiple

- inability to reject multiple candidates from the position: this means that when reviewing candidates, you'll need to individually reject them. Not a big issue because 1) a lot of ATS don't have this feature 2) it's easy to reject through the kanban board view

I love that you can easily create applicant pipelines that are customizable and automatically move applicants through the stages of recruitment. I love having the team scorecard options to easily rate applicants as a group and help remove the bias from hiring practices.

Tiny pet peeve is that you can't drag and drop resumes into the pipeline, you have to manually click to add/upload them. It makes an extra manual step to an already manual task when trying to upload a new candidate resume into the pipeline. Also, the upload a resume function is fabulous, but sometimes mis-reads or has a mistake in the person's name pulled from the resume resulting in some awkward interactions where a message from us says "Hi Mr!"

Automating pipelines and stage actions! Automatically moving people through/sending templated rejections. Giving us the group scorecard function to have everyone in the hiring process rate candidates on a pre-determined customizable set of attributes.
