- Staff did not quiet learn the company. Ads were run in a generic way.

- Even after working with them for 10 months, they could not provide us with compelling data of who our customers were or a persona. Essentially, after 10 months with them, we did not learn much about our customer.

- Ads were very generic, canned. There was no effort in understanding the company, and the product.
