It would be awesome to have a reminder system for our clients inside Bravo. Often we'll have a customer agree to make a review and then they'll forget about it. The site is user friendly, very easy to use. It's a great marketing tool for understanding customer needs. You can gather useful information from participant's body language or even the tone of their voice. It also connects to major social media accounts such as Facebook, YouTube, Form stack. Adding video category to surveys helps you to collect more information about your campaign. Another thing I like is it's ability to connect other users to your account.
