What do you like best about Bravo Video?

The site is user friendly, very easy to use. It's a great marketing tool for understanding customer needs. You can gather useful information from participant's body language or even the tone of their voice. It also connects to major social media accounts such as Facebook, YouTube, Form stack. Adding video category to surveys helps you to collect more information about your campaign. Another thing I like is it's ability to connect other users to your account. What do you dislike about Bravo Video?

Bravo Video doesn't have reminder system for our clients. Sometimes clients forget to participate the videos and i wish Bravo Video had a notification system inside of their site. Overall there is nothing to dislike about Bravo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bravo Video solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recording short videos of our clients. It gathers all of their comments and feedback.

What do you like best about Bravo Video?

I really like this platform because it gives customers an alternative to capture their experiences, being through videos and in a very easy way, has allowed many more customers want to do so.

I'm happy that Getbravo has saved us a lot of time, because before we invested personnel and working hours in modifying, designing and publishing user testimonials, but that was eliminated thanks to this excellent platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bravo Video?

This program is a very viable alternative for the company and has been very accepted by all, but if we would like and would help a lot, they would create or design a strategy to remind clients and users to make their recommendations or comments, because many times They usually forget it. Getbravo stores and stores all the testimonials of our clients, this information has been very important in recent months, since it has allowed us to analyze them, for the continuous improvement of the company, as well as giving us the possibility to do advertising with them, demonstrating that our products are of good quality and if they generate good results.

Your technical support team has been very good, it has solved our concerns and requests in an effective way, that has allowed us to have no setbacks and if they happen to be solved very fast.

What do you dislike about Bravo Video?

It would be awesome to have a reminder system for our clients inside Bravo. Often we'll have a customer agree to make a review and then they'll forget about it. It would be nice to set up reminders in Bravo at various intervals so that we can gently remind them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
