What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Brandwatch is a great tool for a company to review all content before putting it out meaning that all guide lines can be followed for that company when posting on socials. Maximising efficiency and minimising risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

It is missing a fair few features that you would have access to if you were to simply use the platforms themselves, thus limiting the conent that you can post on the various platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is sovling the issue of having content that isn't approved by the business being put out by members of staff. As well as allowing for scheduling content, thus allowing members of staff to put it on when less busy to be posted during busier times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
