What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I wish that it were easier to schedule a single message across multiple platforms. Right now, you have to copy paste across all networks and it is time consuming and I constantly worry that something will get missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

BW enables our team to engage with customers well. I like that it makes all the interactions into a single feed that I can easily clear out or respond to. Our team is small so I don't utilize the assignments feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
