What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Having all tools in one place. Previously we've had our social listening platform separate to our social management but since the merge with Brandwatch it's helped massively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?
