What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The features we are using the most are Publish and Engage. They are responding admirably to our needs.They are easy to use, and it really help us since we have many accounts to manage daily. Engage is particularly great since we can manage all the comments we got on every social media platforms. And their customer service is awesome. We have used the livechat many times and it has been a pleasure every single time. Always a solution, and pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?
