What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Being a rookie when it comes to Social, I'm only scraping the surface as of now. For now, my favorite module is the 'Publish' module, which allows me to create content very flexibly yet structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I still haven't looked much at the 'Audience' module, so I haven't drawn much benefit from this yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Falcon.io allows me to think months ahead without the need for long spreadsheets. I can create content on the fly whenever I feel inspired to do so. Falcon.io is also brilliant when clustering campaign content, which can be found and measured using labels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
