What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I like Falcon.io because it allows me to have an interface that adapts to what I want, that is, everything is well organized and very fluid. I also like the module system because it allows me to add all the channels in one place. It should be noted that this software optimizes planning, it is very convenient to add calendar views. It is impressive what Falcon.io proposes with the interaction of the client and the management of social networks, it helps me to establish my brand advertising strategy. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

It should be noted that I would like to bulk upload images on Instagram. It is important to highlight, Falcon.io does not refer to the conversations that exist between the clients and the chat; which is a problem for messaging marketing. On the other hand, the support should respond more quickly, although it has helped me a lot, a greater commitment would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Brandwatch Social Media Management:

I do not have much more to say just to use it with all the confidence, it is a program with high levels of functionality to send content via social networks and amplify the strategy capacity. Falcon.io is being used by the entire content marketing team with the main mission of providing information and customer acquisition by multichannels of social networks.
