"A surprisingly robust offering"

5/5

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The way Falcon.io visualizes the calendar is top-notch - it makes sense to marketing teams, communications teams, paid media teams, and executives. It allows for non-social items to be seen right alongside planned and active social posts and ads. Publishing, monitoring and responding in the platform are also easy and visually appealing. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The native analytics interface is a bit clunky and confusing. But, the data is exportable, and if you have an enterprise data platform they can most likely tie into your API so your data is right where you house everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Falcon.io is surprisingly robust, especially for the price compared to competing platforms. I'm used to seeing a lot of "yes" answers to features, only to discover a platform only sort of checks the box. Falcon.io is truly committed to frequent, useful updates that keep you aligned with changes in algorithms and APIs while remaining easy to use. Analytics and Listening are less developed than platforms that put these functionalities first, but for many use cases are more than enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
