What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I like for organize the content well with the publishing function. You can easily see when different publications are scheduled and where you have gaps. In addition, the interface is well organized and makes the user experience very fluid. It should be noted that Falcon.io aggregates the data well in its metrics section, although they only provide data that can be obtained from the platform reports. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Falcon.io will often not publish publications that do not meet certain creativity requirements of origin of different social platforms. It would be useful if they provided an error while creating the publication instead of not publishing it later. He also does not currently publish in Instagram stories. This is a capacity they need to compete in their space. Another element is that it does not show the conversations that occur between customers and their chatbot, which is a big problem for our company, since messaging marketing becomes a more profitable part of our marketing efforts. Recommendations to others considering Brandwatch Social Media Management:

Falcon is ideal for organizing the content of your social networks and programming it beforehand, especially if you have several accounts for which you need to program the content. However, publications will not be published frequently because creativity will not meet a specific requirement of a social platform. However, he has a good ability to face challenges. What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Falcon.io is currently being used by the content marketing team and customer service to coordinate and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and to respond to direct messages from customers.
