What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The tools are not conducive to complex types of posts (i.e. Instagram albums) and are limited depending on your pricing tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to improve our response times for engaging on Twitter, and have benefitted from the ability to view multiple user accounts at once and filter them to respond accordingly and examine analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
